Responsibilities:

❖ Account Management & Development

● Be the lead point of contact for matters specific to the assigned sales accounts.

● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the sales account personnel.

● Negotiate contracts and follow up towards closing of agreements.

● Prioritize and plan the company’s work activities within the customer project scope and timeline.

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

• Create comprehensive marketing plans to drive both merchants and customers to our eCommerce platform and improve retention rates.
