• Play a leadership role in developing communication plans and integrating communications across business units.

Job Description：

· Monitor consultant's design progress as per submission/ detail design schedule agreed. Study consultants' design drawings and highlight the missing information, design clashes and design inconveniences for construction.

· Manage the project's design coordination works. Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors to ensure the smooth progress of the coordination. Ensure the information between different disciplines are communicated and discussed among the team.

· Manage the project’s drawing coordination in between disciplines and sub-contractors’ drawings.

· Manage the project’s drawing schedule, to ensure timely issuance of drawings for construction.

· Work with BIM modeller/drafter on shop drawings preparation, to capture all detail dimensions and settings. Must be able to convey technical information to BIM modeller/ drafter via sketches. We are looking for a suitable candidate to support and drive full-scale loyalty programme which includes the management of membership acquisition, cross partnerships, integrated membership marketing, data analysis and budget tracking.

The candidate will:

• Support all campaigns that will aid the over-arching member’s 360 strategy, shaping the engagement framework.
