Job Description:

• Take charge of all coordination works of civil, structural, architectural, and SWCs
• Manage project coordination/interface related to civil/structural, architectural, and M&E
• Apply contemporary practices in construction methodology to complete assigned works in compliance with client expectations, company objectives and all contractual obligations.
• Procure necessary resources for assigned projects.
• Authorise construction planning, programming and completion schedules.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with a recognised Engineering Degree
• at least 5 years of experience in managing Civil & Structure, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services works for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work, including addition and alteration works
• Civil/Structural or any other relevant Engineering Degree
• Knowledge on System Wide Contractors (SWC) for Coordinated Installation Plan (CIP), CCSM et cetera will be preferred
• Candiates must have LTA/ MRT/ rail projects background

• Checking for files errors on trim size, page extent, bind style, Signature Sequence, pagination, low resolution, text missing, fonts different, image/text close to trim, missing 3mm bleed, joining images on the pdf.
• Highlight all the files errors in the QD ( Quality Document ) form
• Apply the layout base on the job sheet in Prinect and output blueprint using FujiXerox Versant 180, if required
• Output color proof using Epson 9880 upon the request from Account Management
• Do regular files back up
• To perform routine housekeeping to ensure effective work environment

• Check the machine to be printed
• Run the plates in CTP machine
• The following checking needs to be done, Plate ID and screen ruling

• Understand Material Safety Data Sheet to ensure proper & safe handling and usage of chemicals

Job Title: Inspector, QA

Responsibilities

• To perform quality check of products from incoming (sub-contracted works of offset printing), process and finished products, per identified in Quality Control Process Plan
• To perform first-article and/or client sample inspection
• To update reports on inspection results
• To identify, record, and feedback to QA Engineer and/or Manager on product and process quality issue found during inspection
• To handle daily MRB disposition of defective goods and non-conformance materials / products, and see that appropriate disposition is taken within stipulated time frame. Disposition includes sort, rework, replacement, scrap actions
• To carry out training or re-training for new inspector at superior’s arrangements. Training effectiveness shall be validated by superior on periodical interval. (trainer must be identified by QA engineer/manager)
• To perform housekeeping of work areas
• To carry out additional tasks (eg pull test, raw material check etc) assigned by QA engineer / manager as deemed necessary
