· Conduct annual CSR surveys
· Source, interview and shortlist new NGOs for Action! Program in accordance to the Foundation’s focused pillars
· Assist in qualifying the NGOs with internal due diligence processes together with Compliance and Legal
· Organize Employee Volunteerism events with NGOs
· Promote program on bi-monthly basis, on various communications channels:
o External, e.g. LinkedIn and website
o Internal e.g. e-coffee sessions, push-mails, Yammer, WAT, HQ’s newsletter, Digital screens
· Onboard NGOs for the Action! Platform including training for new NGOs and refreshers for existing NGOs
· Identify issues on Action! Platform and liaise with TotalEnergies Foundation, staff and HR
· Track the Country’s employee volunteer performance based on TotalEnergies Foundation’s monthly reports on participation and compile monthly dashboard reports.
· Prepare quarterly presentation to update SteerCo on Country CSR performance
· Produce CSR related collaterals e.g. video and posters
· Organize annual Seasons of Giving to offer NGOs the opportunity to promote their initiatives to fundraise
· Organize annual TotalEnergies Singapore’s CSR award ceremony
· Source and submit for suitable CSR industry awards
· Support the communications for key CSR initiatives at MS APME level e.g. Safe Helmet campaign
TotalEnergies Foundation’s global events:
· Identify TotalEnergies Foundation’s global events for participation e.g. Earth Day, World Environment Day
· Plan activities and promote to staff
· Attend TotalEnergies Foundation’s webinars
VOilah! Festival:
· Assist in the coordination with French Embassy on the sponsorship
· Assist in the due diligence process
· Promote events to staff via various channels
Corporate Communications:
· Support the internal and external day-to-day operations including governance, media relations, communications campaigns and events and other activities as assigned
· Support sustainability initiatives of TotalEnergies Singapore
Experience & Qualifications Required:
· Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Management or a related field
· Strategic thinker
· Good time management and is able to multi-task
· Strong events & project management
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Advanced use of MS Office, Office 365 and Sharepoint
· Strong knowledge of digital and web design skills & techniques
· Highly proficient in writing and presentation
