Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Creative Design and Marketing Communications Executive to join our team at ITMA Services. This role is crucial in supporting our creative and marketing communications initiatives. The ideal candidate should be creative and proficient in graphic design tools and understand digital marketing platforms and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
· Apply a strong understanding of graphic design principles and techniques to create visually appealing assets for various touchpoints, including digital advertising, social media creatives, print advertising, and collateral materials such as flyers, brochures, and other publicity materials.
· Collaborate with media partners and supporting organisations to ensure timely delivery of ITMA's advertisement artwork and web banners, and to ensure they are placed according to agreed schedules.
· Oversee the adaptation of artwork for different purposes as needed.
· Manage and curate image galleries to maintain a comprehensive collection of visuals for the team's use.
Marketing Communications
· Support the Marcom team in facilitating the distribution of created content, including assisting in scheduling content delivery via email marketing (EDM), social media posts, and other relevant marketing channels.
· Update and maintain website information, including proposing and preparing the information for the timely updates on the website, to meet promotional milestones using Content Management Systems (CMS) like Sitefinity and Kentico.
· Support the execution and monitoring of offline and digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
· Assist in the promotion of online or in-person roadshows and launch events when required, including managing the invitations to the events
· Compile comprehensive reports to provide regular updates to senior management regarding the status and achievements of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
· Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database on Salesforce and ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR and PDPA regulations.
· Provide exceptional participant support services before, during, and after exhibitions, including managing enquiries and onsite hospitality support in collaboration with our Official Travel Agent (OTA).
· Any other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Head of Marcom department.
Pre-requisites:
1. A diploma, degree or relevant certificates in digital marketing, graphic design, marketing communications or a related field
2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, etc
3. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin will be a strong advantage
4. Prior experience in marketing, design or communications roles is preferred. This could include interships, freelance work, or full-time positions.
5. A strong design portfolio and marketing work is beneficial
6. Tech-savvy and familiar with the latest digital tools and platforms used in marketing and design
7. Ability to work collaboratively across departments
8. Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and adapt to new marketing techniques and tools.
