Job Description

Develop IT strategic framework and Lead New Projects:

• Develop the IT strategic framework and expand the operational coverage to the overall Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
• Lead and manage new Adhoc projects, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Expertise and in-depth knowledge of the oil industry, its operations, and specific IT needs.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as an IT engineer in the Oil & Gas companies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience for adopting group’s network systems into overseas and domestic affiliated companies.
• Strong understanding and experience with system upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with cultural diversity and business practices in the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support to customers via Phone, Chat, Email and onsite support

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction of Facilities Management (FM) business and relationships with potential customers and service partners, and to identify and develop new and existing business opportunities
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective client
• Tender Management – to conduct the entire process of tender administrations, competitive costing generation and tender submission management
• To collaborate with functional departments to generate write-up for effective and competitive FM tender and business proposals

Requirements:

• Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Building or relevant related discipline from a recognised tertiary institute
• At least 8 years of relevant experiences in facilities management and business development portfolios.
• Able to lead independently the team of Facilities Management and properties at site with minimum supervision
• Proactive and independent.
• Those with Fire Safety Manager (FSM) qualifications and/or Green Mark Facilities Manager (GMFM) or equivalent is an added advantage
