Job Description

The Senior Firmware Engineer is responsible for designing and writing high quality code to support the development of the company's hardware products. The engineer will need to read schematics, read datasheets, and utilize both hardware and software debugging tools in order to complete projects. The engineer is expected to participate in the designing of solutions that meet customer needs, document the design, write clear concise code, comment code as appropriate, and create documentation outlining code functionality. All engineers are required to follow Brady’s development process which includes our iterative development process. Qualifications:

Reporting to the Construction Manager, The Engineer has the following responsibilities:

1. To assist the Construction Manager in project planning, programming, and monitoring works on site.

2. To assist the Construction Manager in managing and implementing the quality, environmental, health and safety (QEHS) management systems of Pikasa on site.

3. To monitor and co-ordinate with the Clerk-of-works for inspections of the works.

4. To analyse custumer complaints and provide remedial actions.

5. To follow up on non-complying works and materials for corrective and preventive actions from sub-contractors and suppliers.

6. To assist the Construction Manager to ensure compliance to the management system procedures.

7. To participate in Project Review Meeting.

Job Requirement

Responsibilities

Programme Management:

• Liaise with external organizers/member of public for residents’ events / activities
• Plan and organize events/activities for residents during school holiday periods and weekends
• Update events listing every week.
• In-charge of RAMS & AAR for required activities
• Prepare monthly & quarterly reports on list of events for MTFA Council meetings & MSF submission
• Coordinate in-house and outdoor events / activities
• Oversee to the coordination of both DIO happenings; they are to be consulted with regards to slotting/changing new plans.
• Work alongside with WO & CWs on scheduling intervention programme i.e. groupwork/bespoken therapeutic sessions etc.
• Work with education unit on programmes.

• Develop and execute the volunteer management system in line with MTFA’s vision and mission.
• Project requirements for volunteers and develop the volunteer recruitment and retention strategy.
• Evaluate, enhance and implement volunteer management policies and processes (e.g. volunteer training, development, recognition, engagement).
• Develop risk mitigation measures and a volunteer continuity plan.
• Conduct volunteer data analysis.
• Develop collaborations with community stakeholders and corporate partners for volunteering opportunities.
• Identify emerging approaches in volunteer management and evaluate volunteerism trends and impact which will value add to the volunteer engagement strategies and approaches.
• Establish a reliable pool of long-term volunteers to support MTFA in its various programmes, initiatives and events.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any field with 2-3 years of relevant experience in programme management, volunteer management and event management, preferably in a charitable/non-profit organisation.
