RESPONSIBILITIES

Senior Manager, Plans & Development is responsible for the sensing making of MINDS' strategic and operational environment. S/He plans, implements and reviews MINDS' medium to long term plans & initiatives. The Project Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing project opportunities for the Company. This includes sourcing clients, building client relationships, structuring transactions and securing project rights. Role

We are seeking a self-motivated and optimistic individual who will be actively involved in helping scale a recently launched new product at Agora.

In this role, you will work closely with the founders to identify business opportunities, develop relationships with potential partners, and close deals that align with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential business leads through actively getting in touch with school principals/vice-principals, alumni associations, and other possible contact points.
• Build and maintain relationship with prospective partners.
• Introduce company's objectives, what we do and our offering to potential clients.
• Maintain an accurate and updated record of business development activities.
• Assist with the initial onboarding of new partners

Skills & Experience Required

• Currently pursuing a degree in business/marketing (preferred)
• Strong intrinsic motivation and a go-getter attitude in pursuing new opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and comfort with talking to more senior people
• Comfort or past familiarity with CRM tools a plus

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Business Development for Interior Design or Interior Architecture (Commercial Office Fit-Outs).

We are looking for someone for the Staff Process Engineer position, with experiences in WET etch/cleaning/Plating process knowledge. Additional knowledge in the lithography process will be an advantage.

Position Summary:

Lumileds is seeking a highly-qualified Staff Process Engineer to take responsibility for Operations Engineering under Lithography and WET Engineering Module.

In this role, you will handle daily process related operations, and work with equipment engineers and shift team to sustain and improve the module KPIs.

What You Will Do:

· Process Owner for WET/Plating processes on different layers/substrate.

· Take ownership and drive development in WET/Plating Process technology roadmap.

· Drive cost efficiency through innovative process simplification, improving productivity and optimizing current costs model.

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):

· Experience in WET etch/Cleaning process engineering. Experience in the 6 inch technology and hands on/manual fab will be an advantage (WET bench, SSEC, NEX Plating, Semsysco, scrubber).

· Basic knowledge in the wafer fab fabrication is a must.

· Proven track record of problem solving and process improvement in a semiconductor manufacturing.

· Possess a high degree of self-motivation, goal orientated and the ability to focus on solving problems and to learn new skills.

· Experience with manufacturing operation, failure analysis and LED knowledge will be added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidate will be involved in industry projects and use 3D printing technology and other post processes to build parts using polymer reinforced fiber composite materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Operate equipment to perform 3D printing and relevant post-processes (e.g. cam-based systems), mechanical charaterisation such as tensile, bending, compression tests and inspection (e.g., CMM) as part of the industry project.

-Responsible for generating jig and fixturing 2D/3D drawings for documentation and archiving purposes.

-Manage and work with local machining house for jig and fixture fabrication and assembly.

-Carry out routine maintenance, diagnostics checks and engage equipment vendors for preventive maintenance.

-Perform function testing to verify equipment readiness after maintenance or material change.

-Plan equipment schedule, maintain and improve lab environment. Manage raw feedstock and maintain stock/inventory list.
