Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Development & Optimization:
   • Develop and optimize sputtering processes for deposition of thin films, including metal oxides, metals, and transparent conductive layers for perovskite solar modules.
   • Ensure thin-film uniformity, adhesion, and electrical/optical performance through advanced process tuning and control.
   • Drive innovation to improve layer quality, throughput, and yield.

2. Equipment Management & Scaling:

• Select, install, and maintain sputtering equipment to meet R&D and production goals.
• Collaborate with vendors to integrate new technologies and enhance equipment capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issues effectively.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with material scientists, device engineers, and manufacturing teams to ensure compatibility of thin-film layers with perovskite solar cell designs.
• Support the scale-up from lab-scale to pilot and full-scale production.

4.Data Analysis & Quality Control:

• Perform rigorous characterization of sputtered films using tools like SEM, AFM, XRD, and spectrophotometry.
• Implement robust quality control protocols to ensure consistency across batches.

5. Research & Innovation:

• Stay up to date with advancements in sputtering and thin-film technologies.
• Contribute to intellectual property development and patent applications.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor or Master in Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in vacuum coating, specifically sputtering, preferably in the thin-film photovoltaic, display, or semiconductor industries.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in physical vapor deposition (PVD), including RF and DC sputtering.
• Familiarity with perovskite material systems and thin-film deposition challenges.
• Hands-on experience with vacuum system design, operation, and maintenance.

Key responsibilities:

• Support Validation activities related to validation of facility, equipment utility, computer system, cleaning, and sterilization.
• Support day-to-day Validation activities in accordance with the approved Validation SOPs / Plan / Policies.

Key requirements:

Job Responsibilties

• Coordinating all O&M and plant outage activities to achieve safe, reliable and efficient operation of the Power Station
• Supporting and liaising with relevant Asset/Operation departments for long term power station turnaround planning
• Assist to implement modern O&M practices, tools and techniques for safe, reliable and efficient Power Station operation
• To fully develop and utilize the CMMS for efficient and effective O&M Planning practice and co-ordination with service provider for license management, backup, individual account management and software upgrade
• Fully utilizing the CMMS to ensure all O&M activities and experiences are recorded to comply with Station, legislative and company policy requirements
• To assist fully with and help implement all HSE practices and a Quality Management System as applied to the Power Station

Job Requirements
