Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the whole invoice submission to collection process.
• Account Receivable (AR) aging report preparation and maintenance to guarantee up-to-date collection status.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Credit Control, and the Management team.
• In-charge of maintaining close contact with consumers to address disputes or difficulties in a timely way and guarantee effective collection.
• Manage client account records for non-payments, late payments, and other abnormalities, and recommending repayment options if appropriate.
• To ensure timely payments, effective contact with consumers through phone conversations, emails, postal letters, or in-person.
• When necessary, provide extra support in other areas of the company.
• Any further ad hoc responsibilities delegated by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• With 1 year of Accounts receivable or credit collection experience
• Excellent skills with MS Office Application

• Handle order administrations, process customers's orders, raise amendment, cancellation, follow-up on customers' orders via the SAP R3 System provide customer service.
• Monitor and secure and file all necessary shipping documentation of imports, exports and drop shipments from Europe, Chinato the SEA region.

• Support Area Sales Managers regarding purchase, forwarders, shipping process, customs duty, liaise and support our warehouse in Singapore regarding delivery of goods and arrange pick up by freight forwarder and customers with warehouse.
• Execute all aspects of the company's administration for operations.

• To support planning, administration, and technical support of Rhel operating system capabilities including designing, developing, and troubleshooting or debugging software programs for enhancements, in-place upgrade for obsolescence OSes and new products for EDAG 2.0 platform.
• Systems Engineering and Administration is responsible for planning, administration, and technical support of operating system capabilities. Includes designing, developing, and troubleshooting or debugging software programs for enhancements and new products.
• Software tools include operating systems, networks, utilities, and web resources.

Requirements:

• Candidate should at least have 3-5 years experience in a financial industry and operate a sizeable amount of redhat servers.
• Candidate should have a good overall command of occupational English.
