The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and ensuring a positive experience at the movement studio. This role involves handling inquiries, managing memberships, and supporting daily operations to enhance client satisfaction and studio efficiency.

Responsibilities for this role:

1. Client Interaction and Engagement

• Providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Addressing inquiries and concerns and providing studio information and policies.

2. Membership Management

• Assisting clients with sign-ups, renewals, bookings and cancellations.
• Processing payment and managing billing inquiries.
• Maintain membership records.

3. Administrative Support

• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and report generation.
• Manage studio inventory and merchandise, including ordering and restocking as needed.
• Studio housekeeping.

4. Customer Feedback

• Collect client feedback to improve studio services and offerings.
• Address and resolve client complaints or issues.

5. Marketing and Promotion

• Work closely with marketing team for events, promotional campaigns etc...
• Acquire videos, photos and other forms of content for marketing team.

6. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with instructors, managers and other staff members to ensure a cohesive team environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and studio management software.
• Ability to multitask, organise and manage time effectively.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction and proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of movement or fitness is a plus.
• Willingness to move some light and moderate weight items.

A Business Development Executive - Corporate Solutions is responsible for building and managing partnerships with corporate clients and developing tailored solutions to meet their business needs.

This includes identifying market opportunities and strategizing solutions that align with our company’s product and service offerings. The individual will also collaborate with team members to ensure quality service follow-ups, offering comprehensive and well-rounded support to clients.

Your duties include:

• Sales and Business Development: Establish new business opportunities, via reaching out to potential clients. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends (e.g. competitor activities, client pain points), and to adjust pitches/approach strategy to clients accordingly.
• Solutions Development: Communicate with clients to identify their business challenges and expectations. Work with industry partners to provide customised solutions for clients. Prepare proposals and presentations for clients, ensuring clarity on service offerings and pricing.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients. Act as the main point of contact for addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Conduct regular meetings with clients to keep up-to-date on their evolving business strategies, and to adjust existing solutions when the need arises.
• Performance Tracking: Conduct regular monitoring and prepare reports on project statuses (e.g. the performance of implemented solutions, expected outcomes). Review ongoing results and devise new strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members, and provide support to their business activities (such as product knowledge, industry experiences and insights, solutions management).

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven track record in business development, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for pitching tailored solutions to clients.
• Experience in conducting regular client meetings and providing updates on service offerings.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and support team members by sharing insights and product knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
