Specialist, Sales and Outreach Member Services
THE ROLE:
The Specialist, Sales & Outreach Member Services will conduct customer outreach/sales calls with the purpose of achieving stated goals in global event sales as well as global event attendance. S/he is responsible for understanding customer needs and sharing feedback to product managers, technical and other stakeholders for follow-up on actionable items. He/She will plan, assist, and support various functions to increase members’ involvement and renewal and grow new members in SEA.
This position reports to the Team Lead, Sales & Members Outreach Services at SEMI SEA Office.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reach revenue target – Responsible for sales of SEMI services (membership, exhibition and sponsorship) and products (market statistics reports, and standards). Generate new leads. Follow up and qualify referrals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers – conduct outreach visits at customers’ sites to listen to their needs and satisfaction with SEMI products and services. Communicate member values, and cross-promote products/services that solve customers’ problems.
- Provide excellent customer service – Update and maintain customer records in CRM system. Answer customer inquiries.

FOUNDATIONAL KNOWLEDGE OR PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE:
· Diploma and above in Marketing or equivalent in training and/or experience
· 3+ years of product marketing and/or MICE sales role experience
· Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing is a plus
· Strong phone presence and high level of comfort talking with customers
· Proficiency in computer and internet software skills such as MS Office, etc.
· Seasoned sales
· Fluent in product and service presentation in English.

You can tactfully and diplomatically modify behavior to accommodate changing conditions and situations and have the dedication to creating better products and processes for customers. You are very organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven in juggling multiple projects.
