We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Resource Development Specialist.

Responsbilities:

• The position seeks to provide cross functional coordination support and technical oversight in funding proposal development, funding compliance and report generation in line with donor/corporate/partner/volunteer group requirements for the planning, funding, implementation, evaluation and reporting of the respective programmes they support.
• The position will focus heavily on proposal coordination and design, as well as ensuring regular project reporting and the necessary compliance. It will also include donor/partner engagement and information management.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as programme development, emerging services and centre-based teams on project funding, implementation, and evaluation with all relevant staff.

What we are looking for

As the face to our suppliers, you will develop strong relationships with our suppliers for a defined portfolio of hotels within a specific geographic area.

• Daily monitorization of Strategic Partnership Agreements (SPA) performance vs commitment and suggest actions to mitigate the risk and/or maximize it. Highlight discrepancies between conditions loaded and signed agreement that could negatively affect production. Monitor trial performance to ensure continuity of the deal or renegotiation of the conditions.
• Analyze and optimize strategic partnership agreements in the region by monitoring availability, competitiveness, distribution, contract loading/set up, mark up, mapping, override loading, minimum content, allotment top up, etc.
• Coaching and training individuals in sourcing community with best practices in terms of SPA negotiations, enhancing commercial skills of every individual, and at the same time responsible for the implementation and the correct use of the most updated materials and tools. Responsible for ensuring all SPAs sent to head office for approval are in line with requirements.
• Support Regional Manager, Area Contracting Manager or Contracting Manager in negotiations depending on the value, strategic importance and complexity of the agreements as well as support teams in creation of SPA proposals.
• Support team in renewal process of SPAs as well as in the creation of pipeline for future SPAs.
• Lead the contracting process with our clients in a B2B and B2C environment, focused on signing the most competitive rates for the organization.
• Negotiate contract renewal conditions such as: rate, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing contributions, overrides, cancellation policy.
• Monitor the performance of each hotel working closely with the Yield Manager to ensure competitiveness and availability is not an issue.
• Act as the face-to-face key point contact for accommodation supplier vendors and develop and maintain excellent relationships with them.
• Support the resolution of major supplier or client complaints, negotiating the most suitable solution to maintain good service and a positive relationship with them.
• Ensure the supplier has a clear understating of the organization's value proposition and marketing tools to optimize the income of each hotel.

Responsibilities

• To process and ensure proper settlement of Trade Finance transactions according to the procedures set out in the operational manual, thoroughly checking the supporting documents, obtaining approval of transactions from the management, input trade transactions in NGD system, passing the relevant accounting entries.
• To perform AML in system.
• To respond professionally to existing and potential customer’s queries on products and services.
• To keep proper records of trade finance transactions and ensure all transaction documents are filed in order.
• To construct SWIFT messages for relevant Trade Finance products and Services.

Note: You could be assigned to work on projects for any subsidiary in SIA Group and might be based in their office.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, O365 and Intune. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in these technologies.
• Microsoft associate or expert certification is preferred.
• Working experience as Microsoft TAC engineer is preferred.
• Experience leading a team of IT professionals is added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.

Position Summary

The Procurement Executive will be responsible for providing support to the Procurement Team and reports to the Global Procurement Director.

This role will be managing procurement activities for our USA office which will require some flexible working hours as the operations and vendors are based in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for purchase to pay process which includes sourcing, negotiation, cost comparison, vendor selection, order processing and liaison with finance on payment completion.
• Processing of purchase orders to ensure on-time-delivery, track procurement cycle and monitor closure of purchase orders.
• Understand and communicate with internal stake holders on their request mainly on product and services specification, budget and delivery time frame.
• Maintain and update of data for procurement and savings on a timely manner.
• Proactively participate in savings and improvement initiatives.
• Part of vendor management through update on vendor score card, provide summary and propose solution when necessary.
• Shipping arrangement including cost comparison, analysis, quote negotiation and arrangement with service provider for all orders.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferable experience in Enterprise Resource Planning; Netsuite.
• Intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts & Graphs).
• Candidates with at least 5 years of relevant procurement, shipping and logistic experiences preferred.
