Contract Duration: 2 years contract
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: Up to $5,000 per month
Responsibilities:
· To utilise existing HR and Payroll Systems (i.e. WorkDay and Excelity) for employees’ compensation change (as required) and all payroll processes.
· To reconcile the internal/external interfaces against payroll reports and ensure accuracy in payouts (i.e. medical benefits interface system, interface for deductions, etc).
· To process minimally two (2) payroll cycles per month within the set deadlines.
· To liaise with internal and external stakeholders for personal tax reporting, process annual income tax filing.
· To provide and generate monthly/ ad-hoc payroll reports
· To troubleshoot with internal and external stakeholders on payroll issues.
· To coordinate and perform User Acceptance Tests for payroll tasks as and when required.
· Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
· At least 2 years of experience in payroll for companies / agencies with more than 300 headcounts.
· Good understanding of whole payroll cycle, CPF Act and taxation regulations.
· Experience with WorkDay and Excelity systems will be an advantage.
· Immediate Starters are preferred (Not serving notice).
