The Job

Job Description

The role involves managing trade lifecycle of daily trading activities of all portfolio managers trading Equity and Fixed Income products across APAC region, as well as leading projects and initiatives and providing control framework and supervision within the Asia Core Operations team.

Principal Responsibilities

• Perform daily T+1 trade, position & cash reconciliations across multi-asset classes across all APAC markets, working with prime brokers and external counterparties to resolve exceptions and discrepancies
• Manage Corporate Actions / Asset Servicing and Equities Syndicate deal processing procedures, ensuring accurate processing of all mandatory and voluntary corporate action events, as well as inventory controls and tax processing

Our major Oil & Gas Downstream Client is urgently looking for Supply Chain Commercial Specialist who will develop sourcing strategies and tactics based on a deep understanding of the current situation of the business, the business strategy and drivers, the local supplier market and global strategies. The commercial lead enables stakeholders in the Supply Chain to understand the intent of contracts, optimise the use of contracts, manage Contract(or)s for performance and remove waste.
