Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls related to account servicing, product inquiries, and help desk requests, as well as provide support for campaigns.
• Follow through on case handling and maintain effective communication with customers.
• Ensure compliance with group standards and control regulations in the execution of customers' inquiries and transaction requests.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality for both the bank and customers' information

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a financial services environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Working Conditions:

• 8.5 hours/day (between 8 AM-1:30 AM) with a 1-hour meal break.
