Job Description:
- Cultivate positive guest relations at all times such as welcoming customers in a friendly manner.
- Oversee opening, operating, and closing procedures with meticulous attention to detail. Ensure the dining area adheres to health regulations, maintaining cleanliness, functionality, and an appealing appearance.
- Proactively manage and organize shift coverage in case of staff leave or medical leave, either by finding suitable replacements or covering shifts personally.
- Take an active role in scooping ice cream to customers, ensuring a high standard of presentation and customer satisfaction.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of all ice cream ingredients, sharing stories and details with customers to enhance their experience.
- Adhere to Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures.
- Maintain menu boards and beverage lists.
- Assist in resolving payment issues promptly (if any).
- Supervise staff performance throughout all service phases, providing direct coaching as needed to uphold our standards.
- Regularly conduct inventory checks for ice cream and related supplies, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Establish par levels for ingredients, toppings, and equipment; delegate requisitions for replenishment.
- Actively contribute to the implementation of new ideas for service improvement in the realm of frozen treats.

Requirements
