The Role:
MyRepublic is looking for an outstanding candidate to assist the development, positioning, and management of consumer mobile products with revenue growth and retention as key responsibilities. The candidate must be a resilient and effective leader who is able to work in a fast-paced industry and deal with tight deadlines.
As a fast-growing company, which constantly introduces new products and product variations, attacks new use cases, market segments, verticals and geographies, we need you to be an important addition to the MyRepublic family working alongside team members ensuring full end-to-end alignment to best address strategic and market needs for the company.
Along with developing a thorough understanding of the consumer, you will need to utilize knowledge of the market, product, product strategy, and competition to enable the Marketing Communications and Sales teams to execute optimally in activities related to the product.
From a deliverable’s perspective, you will also be developing documents defining process flows, positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market strategy, and ensuring that Senior Management is aligned with these directives.
The position is measured on market success KPI’s of Broadband and Mobile Market Share, Revenue Share, Average Revenue Per User, Churn Rate and Customer Experience.
Responsibilities:
● Responsible for helping drive Singapore mobility business with emphasis on revenue, user growth, and retention.
● Focused on driving demand for and adoption of MyRepublic broadband and mobile services among existing customers and prospects at top of the funnel.
● Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and work with Head of Product Marketing and partners on new product constructs to grab market share.
● Assist with end-to-end GTM plan on new product launches and on maintaining attractiveness of existing product lines.
● Help identify suitable existing or new segments for upsell/cross-sell of communication services and value-added services.
● Contribute to campaigns and product launches while staying aligned with Sales, Brand & Marcom, IT and Operations teams on common objectives.
● Work within and among the product teams to launch and manage new products and third-party-services in the Singapore market.
● Monitor and maintain competitive benchmarks and market trends. Present analysis and propose counter or upgrade measures to maintain competitiveness.
● Own and report other key metrics within product marketing, including ARPU, Churn Rate, Product Penetration.
● Maintain cross-product engagement to foster collaborative relationships and an aligned approach to retention and sales augmentation.
Required Knowledge and Skills:

● Self-Starter with a Get-Things-Done attitude.
● Experienced in leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch relevant products; mobile telco experience preferred.
● Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with datasets to make data-driven decisions.
● Ability to analyse and breakdown complex mechanics into simple-to-understand points for internal and external stakeholders.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present to managers, as well as working well across departments, with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
● Strong project management and organizational skills
● Be a reliable team player and maintain good working relations while simultaneously taking a confident stand to solve problems.
● Ability to work effectively under pressure, adhere to deadlines, deliver high-quality results and to manage multiple priorities.
● An enabler and proactive problem solver who is independent and versatile.
Required Education and Experience:
● Minimum 2 years of Product / Product Marketing experience or related field
● Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field preferred
● Experienced working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
● Experienced working with partners on commercial deals and collaborations
● Expertise/understanding of the telecommunications industry is preferred
● Proficiency in the Google Workplace, Microsoft Office and WordPress
● Proven record of ideation, development and execution of campaigns or projects
