In this role, you will be working closely with the founding team on a new Pet-care/Pet-tech venture called Pawpaw360, with the goal of generating a relevant adjacent new business as part of Mandai X. In this role, you will be the focal point who strings all the pearls together, to ensure all cross-functional processes and data are well-managed. You will take ownership of analyzing KPIs, business processes, systems, cross-functional workflows, etc. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency. You are expected to be comfortable dealing with large volumes of data, synthesizing them into useful insights that will influence critical decisions across all facets of the venture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, customer support, etc, to drive product development from conception to launch. 5. Support the “Experience & Product Lead” to develop, define and communicate the product vision/strategy to stakeholders and development teams.
