In this role, you will be working closely with the founding team on a new Pet-care/Pet-tech venture called Pawpaw360, with the goal of generating a relevant adjacent new business as part of Mandai X. We believe in a world where every pet-parent is empowered to nurture Happy and Healthy pets, as a Responsible Pet Owner.
In this role, you will be the focal point who strings all the pearls together, to ensure all cross-functional processes and data are well-managed. You will take ownership of analyzing KPIs, business processes, systems, cross-functional workflows, etc. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency. You are expected to be comfortable dealing with large volumes of data, synthesizing them into useful insights that will influence critical decisions across all facets of the venture. You will closely support the Product Lead in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, customer support, etc, to drive product development from conception to launch. This position requires a deep understanding of understanding processes, managing large volumes of data, agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to align product goals with overall company strategy.
Main Responsibilites and Duties
1. Engage various Team Leads and stakeholders to better understand their business objectives and requirements. Identify areas for improvement, then recommend solutions that will streamline operations and improve efficiency.
2. Own the end-to-end macro workflows that involve multiple teams/functions. Implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure smooth hand-offs from one team to the next. Establish clear RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) and provide the appropriate training/support to ensure that all team members can operate efficiently with a high degree of confidence.
3. Own, monitor and track Master KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), to ensure that the venture is progressing towards the right trajectory. Operationalize and maintain dashboards for persistent review of critical business metrics. Establish escalation paths and follow-up with the relevant Team Leads where necessary.
4. Support all Team Leads to identity, define and setup data structures. Analyse, synthesize and distil large volumes of data from all sources (both internal and external). Generate objective and data-led insights that will influence critical decisions across all facets of the venture. Conduct market research and analysis, to shape and sharpen key business strategies.
5. Support the āExperience & Product Leadā to develop, define and communicate the product vision/strategy to stakeholders and development teams. Establish cadence and formalized pipelines of acquiring new product requirements from top-down business priorities, bottom-up customer insights/feedback, as well as improving the efficiency/efficacy of internal operations.
6. Define, create and document detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. Collaborate with Designers and Solution Architects, to ensure the proposed solution can adequately meet all intended requirements while delivering a world-class user experience.
7. Collaborate with the Engineering teams to deliver high quality products in the prioritized backlog. Assist the Engineering team to address any Business-related clarifications/blockers. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all new deliverables are tested (either through automated test scripts or manual testing) and does not cause any regression issues.
8. Support the Venture Lead to organize and prepare for key meetings/presentations to Board Members, Investors, Partners, Team Lead huddles, etc. Perform secretariate duties during these key sessions where required.
9. You must be comfortable working with a high level of ambiguity and complexity under very strict timelines. You will be required to navigate and align internal and external parties, agencies and partner resources.
Requirements:
Ā· Degree/Certification in Project Management, Business Administration, Design, Technology or a related field
Ā· Understanding of Agile methodology and venture building methodology is a bonus
Ā· Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship building skills with the ability to foster collaboration and synergy across diverse teams and partners.

Experiences:
Ā· 3 to 5 years in Project Management, Business Administration, Agile Product Development, Business Analyst or similar roles
Ā· Solid understanding of product fundamentals, including market analysis, MVP and product-market-fit, positioning, go-to-market, pricing, testing, iterative product delivery
Ā· Familiarity working in corporate environments and managing stakeholders therein
Ā· Familiarity working with cross functional teams of engineering, design, commercial, customer success, etc
Ā· Sound business acumen with proven results in retention, adoption and growth of consumer products
Ā· Prior working experience in startups or corporate ventures is a bonus
