• Assist the Condominium Manager on all matters relating to the administration of the condominium particularly on The Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act, all statutory regulations, and House Rules.

• Issue circulars and notices to subsidiary proprietors or residents, to comply with or remedy a breach of any by-laws and regulations and of those by-laws and regulations of the relevant authorities, as directed by the Management Corporation.

• Arrange all Council Meetings and record and circulate minutes of the meetings, whenever required. Frequency of such meetings shall be determined by the Management Corporation

Our Ideal Candidate

· Degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related fields. Degree in computer science, engineering, applied mathematics or have a degree in other related IT fields.
