What's the Role?

While managing a team of Workflow Specialists, you will lead by example by conducting detailed client conversations and reviews while ensuring the team is operating at your standards or above. Treasury Markets (TM) balances the supply & demand of Liquidity & Capital to create sustainable value. Treasury Markets is the first line of defence responsible for managing the short-term liquidity position of the Bank.

Treasury Markets’ mandates are:

· Optimise Group ROTE through RORWA

· Manage liquidity

· Manage interest rate risk

· Provide solutions to partners

Treasury Markets Global Liquidity Management (TMLM) initiates and supports formulation and delivery of the group’s liquidity management mandate.

Business

· Manage the Bank’s liquidity agenda, balancing long-term liquidity planning with day-to-day management

· Manage the Group’s adherence to liquidity demands as set by the Prudential Regulatory Authority (PRA), and any internal requirements (in line with Board Risk Appetite)

· Partner with Treasury Modelling and Platforms as a thought-leader for system/MI development in order to aid the development of standardised, streamlined and automated operating workflows

· Communicate to senior management and (where necessary) to regulators regarding the bank’s liquidity position, conveying complex information clearly and simply

· Drive global flow of liquidity across intragroup funding needs as well as help cross-border asset transfers in order to ensure optimal alignment to the GALCO agenda

· Manage the Group’s collateral position, and work with FM and the CMU to ensure that collateral is deployed optimally to maximise returns and metric efficiency

· Work with Business partners to provide Treasury expertise in new and existing securitisation initiatives

· Educate stakeholders across Treasury and the Businesses on both the changing liquidity regulatory landscape and on the general liquidity conditions of the bank, working across boundaries to ensure that information and ideas flow freely, and collaborating with key stakeholders on liquidity initiatives wherever possible

· Bring clarity to complex information, either by directly creating Management Information (MI), or influencing the development of such MI by championing and cultivating practical creativity across Treasury.

· Development of liquidity monitoring & planning, as well as modelling capability (including forecasting) of Group/Solo. Support such activities in other Regions as needed

· Maintain the forecasting process of future liquidity needs and modelling of balance sheet trajectory in accordance with planned growth, campaigns and market conditions

The Role Responsibilities

· Contribute to overall WM client and frontline experience by problem solving issues and seeing solutions through for what impacts client output (portfolio performance statements) and automated suitability checks within the WM toolkit platforms (Temenos wealth suite).

Main Purpose of Job

A critical role within the Placement Journey, the Billing Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate issuance of all invoices across our client portfolio in APAC. They provide an exemplary level of service in line with our Best Service Charter always ensuring the highest level of accuracy, issuing invoices Right First Time in line with Customer requirements.

Key job responsibilities & accountabilities:

Accountable for: Sales Ledger – Invoice Processing

• Manage all billing processes across the Client portfolio in APAC
• Ensure all company billing is completed in line with company policy and procedures, ahead of billing deadline
• Ensure invoices are raised in line with Client requirements, always striving for accuracy
• Deliver invoices to the Customer on the same day they are created, including Client portal submission when required
• Process credit notes and re-invoice upon request from the Credit Controller or Finance Operations Manager
• Process ‘ad-hoc’ re-charges upon request in relation to services such as mobilisation and visas
• Ensure accurate Customer Master Data information is recorded in Dimensions updating the system and Master Customer file when changes are communicated
• Collaborate with Sales and the On-boarding Team to ensure any missing information impacting billing is resolved
• PO Management - track spend against Client PO’s and pro-actively communicate to Sales and the On-boarding Team when PO top ups are required
• Provide a breakdown of spend against a PO as supporting documentation when required
• Provide weekly reporting and updates on progress against the Missing Invoice Report
• Deliver against Billing targets set by the Finance Operations Manager
• Attend monthly and weekly billing reviews with Finance Operations Manager

Accountable for: Ledger Queries

• Maintain accurate and organised records to enable copy invoices and credit notes to be readily retrievable as required
• Redirect queries and errors as appropriate – e.g., incorrect fees raised. Ensure any changes required to RDB are communicated to Sales and the Placement On-boarding Team for correction
• Ensure all queries in relation to Billing are responded to in line with our Best Service Charter and keep a solution focused mindset

Accountable for: Administration

• Proactive database maintenance and update as required
• Fulfil relevant admin activities
• Fulfil ad-hoc tasks as required by the business
• Reconcile client and Supplier Ledger
• Manage Accrual Queries

Amazon Worldwide Operations is looking for a Senior Change Management leader for the APAC region who will create and build change management effectiveness and support the infrastructure of communications, and the associate and employee experience as well as policy implementation for WWOps. This role requires a builder mentality, flexibility, business acumen, communication skills, and interpersonal skills are needed. This position will directly report to the Global Senior Manager for Change Management.

About the team
PXT3 is comprised of 3 core pillars of Operation. Policy, Communications and Change Management. The Change Management team, now called ACMS (Amazon Change Management Solutions) supports all change management needs and solutions across WW Operations PXT, supporting initiatives and goals that are priority for the business and PXT leadership as well as supporting as Change Partners with PXT through their change journeys in their respective regions.

Basic qualifications

• 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 7+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred qualifications

• Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
