The product manager is responsible for product design, implementation, product launch and post-launch product review and maintenance.

• The product design stage will include competitive analysis against similar bancassurance products in the market, as well as working with other LBUs in the region for product ideas. • Prior experience with sales tracking, illustration software, financial analysis, competitive analysis, distribution surveys is helpful.
• Good spoken and written communication as well as articulate interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team effectively while managing tight timelines, and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Degree in Marketing / Finance / Economics / Business Administration or related discipline

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the events planner in designing events
• Proposing new events ideas
• Communicating about the event and promoting it (social media, emails, etc.)
• Sending invitations to participants
• Managing upstream preparation (transports, logistics, materials, accommodations, etc.)
• Collaborating with stakeholders
• Welcoming participants during the event, on-site or outside of the company
• Ensuring the success of the event (animation, support, information, etc.)
• Following up and managing the budget granted
• Collecting data from marketing campaigns
• Performing market analysis and research on the competition
• Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
• Assisting in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
• Preparing promotional presentations
• Distributing marketing materials
• Managing and updating company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
