General Procurement Development

TradeXpress is a strategic and transformational re-platforming program for Trade finance which globally covers all Documentary and Open Account Trade Products along with Risk Distribution.

As a member of the Trade Product Development team, the Product Owner is responsible for understanding business needs, articulating requirements, developing and sequencing user stories and defects and working with the agile teams to ensure creation of technology products that will help our clients be successful. • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT administration, preferably in a professional service industry.
• Proven expertise in managing IT infrastructure (Microsoft Windows operating system and Active Directory), network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Strong vendor management skills and experience in coordinating with outsourced IT service providers.
• Knowledge of IT governance, MAS regulated compliance standards, and business continuity planning.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, independent working skills, and a proactive approach to IT management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams, management, and external vendors.
• A commitment to continuous learning and improvement in the field of IT.
