• Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across email, SMS, app and various other communication channels
• Drive the overall strategy for automating existing campaign segments in alignment with the customer lifecycle journey
• Implement and automate finer aspects such as contact policies at the customer level to enhance the customer experience from BTL interventions, resulting in improved conversion of targeted offers and reduced churn

Requirement:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or similar field
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in campaign management.

Job Scope:

• Reviews patients and assess their suitability for enrolment under Cardiac Rehabilitation Programme (CRP).
