Assisting the Client Service Manager to manage the day-to-day inventory coordination in high volume, fast-paced healthcare distribution environment while ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and foster strong relationship with key account.
• Serve as the key liaison person between client and internal departments on request and issue resolution.
• Take ownership of key account’s new program implementation. Engage in initiative and project discussion. Lead and monitor implementation progress.
• Manage, monitor and control stockholding. Prepare stockholding and indent reports for monthly reviews.

Qualification:

• Degree in Business / Operations Mgmt / Supply Chain Mgmt / Industrial Engr or related discipline.
• Preferably 2 years relevant experience in key account management, logistics, warehousing, pharmaceutical or distribution industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and process mapping skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP system and proficient in Microsoft® Office tools and related software.

Job purpose:

The Product Service Technician will work through tasks for specific product line scopes in the form of job cards. Tasks include cleaning, disassembly, servicing, greasing, assembly, and function testing, of mechanical and electrical systems on a marine craft. This includes diesel engines hydraulic, and networked systems. Some degree of fault finding, reporting of progress, and defects will be expected using an extensive range of engineering and operational skills/methodology.

Once the maintenance scope is completed craft will be returned to an operational state to the customer whilst another cycle kicks off.

Principal Accountabilities:

· Be available to report for duty at Changi Naval Base/JFD workshop in accordance with task planning.

About the role:

The Contract Specialist is responsible for the proper administration of main contract with Fugro’s Clients and subcontracts with main Fugro’s Subcontractors.

Specifically, the professional would:

• Oversee the administration and communication of all elements of contractual terms and conditions from bid through to contract close-out and final settlement.
• Examines and have clarity on project budget and delivery schedules and develops the ability to gauge clear variances to contract and proactively take the lead to take actions that would benefit / reduce project risks.
• Identifies the discrepancies between Contract and Client’s requests and prepares variation request accordingly.
• Pursue any project-claim related matter (inclusive of any litigation as required).
• Supports respective Commercial, Procurement department in preparing bids, specifications, and contractual flow-down for Subcontractors and Vendors.
• Working on BIMCO’s as part of short and/or long term vessel chartering
• Assess contract performance and post-mortems of completed contracts to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts.
• Leading contract negotiations with the support of the legal and commercial teams. Serve as the main liaison with outside contracting representatives.
• Ensure the timely issue of Insurance Certificate and Bank / Parent Company Guarantees as well as timely cancellation.
• Ensure minutes of meeting are recorded for any contractual discussions with external parties.
• Proactively engaging with the client in advance and ensuring the Authorization for Payment processes are well managed on both sides and timely cash collection is made possible. This includes creating invoicing procedures as per the contract and clearly articulated to the respective project stakeholders who are involved in the invoicing process.
• Ensure timely payment of Subcontractors and Vendors.
• Working closely with the Project Manager, Project Cost Controller and Project Coordinator to ensure there is clarity in the understanding of the contract by the PMT
• Responsible to be developing the Project Risk Register together with the Project Manager and Commercial Lead/Manager
• Leads continual improvement efforts with the Project Delivery Director to ensure contractual/commercial lessons learnt are incorporated in future commercial bids
• Research regulations to guarantee contracts are updated and in compliance with the respective country laws.
