ABOUT THIS ROLE
As Product Manager, you will focus on one or more of our flagship media publications. You
will move fast to refine clear scope and product requirements, question assumptions, identify
issues where appropriate, and proactively identify and raise product risks. You will work to
define and build critical experiences that will help us match customers with content they love.
You will be a key player at the intersection of business and technology, supporting the
growth of Organization through the successful creation and operation of our end consumer facing
features. You will interact with external partners and internal users, as well as interface with
groups across Organization. You will collaborate with the editorial teams, and internal Engineering
and Business teams amongst others to enhance the reach, engagement and monetization of
our products.

As a Product Manager, you will...
â—Ź Define and execute the roadmap with clearly articulated and well measured goals
â—Ź Identify, define and execute on projects that elevate the usability, novelty, and
comprehensiveness of discovery pathways
â—Ź Drive understanding of how and where discovery initiatives can bolster content
discovery and engagement
â—Ź Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, UX, marketing,
and other partner teams to create discovery experiences that are meaningful and
delightful to consumers
â—Ź Collaborate across teams to optimize content classification, browsing, and
conversion experiments and measure firmly understood hypotheses and business
objectives
â—Ź Plan and prioritize the backlog for development teams to ensure maximum value in
deliverables
â—Ź Interpret insights and business needs and transform into detailed product
requirements documents and user stories for engineering teams to execute
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
â—Ź Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical or related field
â—Ź 7+ years of total experience preferably in consumer product management in complex
organisations
â—Ź Strong communication skills - Can provide information to technical and non-technical
stakeholders alike and guide them to confidently informed decisions
â—Ź Strong execution skills to create high standard product specifications, product
success metrics and drive product delivery through multiple teams
â—Ź Experience in data driven hypothesis testing and experimentation
â—Ź Experience working with design teams to improve the user experience for customer
facing products/features
â—Ź Strong team player and earns trust of engineers and designers as an authority on
customer needs
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
