Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery process, ensuring that timelines and milestones are met
• Create project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource plans and enforce them
• Tracking and monitoring of progress of projects and summarise status reports for all stakeholders
• Juggle deadlines and deliverables for multiple stakeholders at a time
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are ready for the next team to meet overall launch schedules
• Continuously develop process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and communication in marketing, brand, and product development
• Work across Product Development, Brand Development, Brand, Creative, Marketing, Operations, and IT
• Manage and lead project status standups, meetings, and workshops

Your Profile

• 7+ years in a project management role with strong familiarity of task-oriented principles
• 2+ years in a marketing, e-commerce, or content related role in a consumer facing team; preferably within beauty industry
• Proven experience in product development with end-to-end delivery from product inception to launch
• Process-driven individual with proven success on developing processes and procedures, and enforcing them throughout the organisation
• Detailed-oriented, you don’t miss a beat and are on top of calendars, tasks, and notice the small things that matter
• Strong, proactive, and timely communication skills is required
• You are a proactive with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a strong communicator
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, you get impatient when projects are left without accountability or deadlines are missed. You are never reactive and don’t
