The Senior Product Developer will lead a team of product developers to work with buyers, designers, and international business partners to strategize and execute product development across UPR-owned or -affiliated destination entertainment venues (both US and international). • Support the technical field sales engineer on POCs (proof of concept) – assist with the pre-sales process by answering technical questions, conducting POC evaluations, and working with engineering to bridge any gaps

• Work closely with product and engineering to debug and correct challenges encountered during POCs

• Training of the field sales engineers to present new features, product roadmap, new improvements, and sprint summary

• Create new demo scenarios and use cases

• Discuss complex platform architectures to prospects

• Respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs while serving as the main technical point of contact

Key Responsibilities:

Analytics (50%):

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements.

• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights, trends, and patterns that can inform business decisions.

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize and communicate analytical findings effectively.

Data Engineering (50%):

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming large volumes of data.

• Work with big data technologies and platforms to ensure efficient and reliable data processing.

• Implement data quality checks and ensure the integrity and accuracy of datasets.

• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to optimize data infrastructure and support data-driven initiatives.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring the smooth flow of information across the organization.
