Team Summary

The Visa Digital Enablement Platform Product is responsible for the enabling wide range of visa’s value-added services through various digital channels (Mobile App, Web App, SDK, APIs), to help accelerate the digital adoption for Visa Clients globally. This team is also responsible for identifying and building innovation solutions working closely with Technology, Commercialization, Design and Architecture as well as other key stakeholders to ensure the solution can be deployed globally.

What a Sr. Manager, Digital Enablement Platform at Visa:

The Sr. Manager, Digital Enablement platform is responsible for the global product requirement definition, execution, and client enablement of numerous digital initiatives. This role will contribute to the product development of multiple digital products with primary focus on Visa Loyalty Platform and Visa’s Campaign Solutions. 

Reporting to the Director, Digital Enablement Platform in NA, the Sr. Manager, will manage the global product development of a various Digital Enablement and Loyalty Solution and backlog of multiple scrum teams located in Singapore and various team across the globe.

The Sr. Manager will work as part of a Digital Enablement Product team co-located with the Loyalty Engineering team in Singapore but will also leverage scrum teams from other product groups, functions, and geographies, as well as working closely with various platform partners and regional and global counterparts to achieve our revenue and product deployment goals. The role also involves being both an advocate for our partners internally and acting as the partner specialist to Visa clients. The Banking Specialist provides operational support to Sales & Trading teams on the processing, settlement and confirmation of OTC Derivatives transactions within agreed ASAPs and Client policies and procedures. The Asset classes include Equities, Interest Rates, Credit, Commodities and FX.

Your key tasks

• Timely and accurate validation and processing of OTC Equity and FX derivative products (Accumulators, Decumulators, Swaps, Dual Currency Investment, Structured Investment, FX related products).
• Matching trade details on dealing blotter, counterparty term-sheet / advice and verification of trades in trade capture system. 
• Following-up with relevant parties to resolve any trade exceptions / discrepancies.
• Prompt settlement of premium, and trade events e.g. knockout, expiry, exercise, periodic fixing, including posting of accounting entries and releasing of appropriate Swift messages (e.g. MT 202, 541 and 543).
• Ensuring that client trade confirmations are prepared and sent on a timely basis.

This role supports our client's marketing activities, including market research, developing proposals for marketing campaigns and events planning.

Role: 

• Lead the development and management of event plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, objectives, and cross-functional teams.
• Project manage the coordination of guest management and registration experiences for local event activations across multiple APAC markets. This entails supervising the creation of landing pages, registration forms, and email communications.
• Understand and articulate the requirements of local APAC market teams to steer the development of APAC templates for landing pages, registration forms, and communications. Ensure timely communication of changes and needs to the Global team.
• Maintain and own close collaboration and diligent follow-up with local APAC market teams and production agencies to establish and adhere to project timelines and milestones. • 6+  years of project & event management experience, including multi-stakeholder management across multiple markets

• Ensure the proper configuration of events in event tools, including One Market Calendar, Connect Nominations, RSVP or DefJam, Gather (if digital), and other preferred global platforms (e.g., Swoogo, Kintaro). Guarantee seamless data flow between systems for accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with local APAC market teams and relevant event agencies to conduct comprehensive quality assurance and testing on landing pages, registration forms, and email communications. Verify that inputs from local teams are accurately reflected on the live site.

You:

• 4+  years of project & event management experience, including multi-stakeholder management across multiple markets 
• You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, embracing cross-functional teamwork with local and regional marketing teams.
• Experience managing third-party agencies and sponsors 
• Experience leading and managing c-suite events & experiences / high-profile events in the marketing/tech sector or brand experience space
• Detail-oriented mindset and process-driven
• Strong project management, ability to work on multiple facets of a project simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good analytical, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills 
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, independent thinker and deal-maker 

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.

About The Role

As a Product Manager specializing in Payments, you'll be instrumental in enhancing the experiences of our clients. Your primary focus will be identifying pain points encountered by SMEs across South East Asia and other key markets, and crafting solutions that significantly improve their business operations.

This role demands exceptional communication skills as you collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to develop innovative products and enhance the user experience on our platform. What You'll Do:

• Lead the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to delivery
• Collaborate with Founders and Engineering teams to build a robust ecosystem of payment methods compatible with our commerce stack
• Gather and analyze customer feedback in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales teams to refine existing offerings and introduce impactful new products
• Deep dive into SME pain points, identifying product solutions that our company can develop and launch

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of end-to-end product management experience, ideally in a developer-centric environment, with exposure to product design
• Strong background in computer science or software engineering, coupled with a solid grasp of high-level systems architecture
• Excellent communication skills to articulate functional and technical requirements, and effectively convey user challenges
• Analytical mindset and strategic thinking, with a drive to enhance our products and address customer pain points
• Ownership mentality and a passion for continuous learning
• Self-starter capable of driving projects independently in a remote working setup
