Responsibilities:

• To design, create and maintain various websites in DCS by providing friendly user experience and identifying customer user journey.
• To oversee projects in DCS by applying project management and Software Project Lifecycle knowledge
• To transform DCS's processes into automation processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• To develop and design process workflow based on requirement define by end-users.
• To drive continuous improvement in work processes and environment to achieve assigned purpose KPI.
• To draft technical documentation on each workflow and conduct training to stakeholders using them
• To oversee DCS's IT system such as Odoo ERP, WordPress CMS, Business Process Automation, Enterprise Content Management.
• Ensure that IT-related tickets are resolve promptly and meet the Service Level Agreement set by the department.
• Ad-hoc tasks like Account Management for certain applications, Infrastructure supports and any assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT / Computer Science.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT software Systems / solutions.
• Experience with WordPress and proficient in one or more frontend framework (HTML5/Angular/React JS).
• Good understanding of information system technologies and software application.
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Java/Python/PHP).
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering. Data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency in database and data analytics will be an advantage.
• Experience in frontend and backend web application development will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Requirement

• Minimum Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
• Min 5 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of LEAN Six Sigma.
• Leadership experience in managing technicians is preferred.
• Experience in assembly and testing processes is preferred.
• Experience in SAP is preferred.
• Experience in artificial lift will be an added advantage.
