Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising, and brand management will be preferred but not necessary
• Experience in website design and content development; experience in copywriting preferred
• Digital marketing/advertising expertise preferred
• Experience crafting spreadsheets and other data collection/presentation methods
• Extensive knowledge of current and relevant markets preferred
• Stellar written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of General Ledger (GL) functions
• Assist in month-end / year-end closing.
• Responsible for reconciliation and updating of balance sheet schedules (Fixed Asset, Prepayment, etc)
• Prepare the required audit schedules for month-end and year-end audited financial statement
• Update monthly cash flow file.
• Reconciliation of Interco transactions, communication discrepancies and confirmation of balances
• Prepare quarterly GST submission & returns
• Support external audit activities and prepare information with tax agent during year-end financial audit
• Maintain a proper filing of documents
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in accounting or equivalent professional qualification
• Possess 1-3 years’ relevant experience in General Ledger preferred
• Meticulous, good time management and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Experience with SAP B1 is advantage

Responsibilities

• Set up, prepare and model building development as planned /designed by Architect/QP, in BIM (Revit) – Architecture according to BCA BIM standards
• Competence in preparation of 2D and 3D AutoCad Drafting
• Draft submission Cover Letters addressing respective building authorities for various the project development stages
• Submission of drawings and documentations to all building authorities – URA, BCA, SCDF, LTA, NEA, PUB, NParks, etc to obtain respective Approvals /Clearances, including Amendments
• The above apply to all major stages of project development – DC, BP, Tender, Construction, and TOP/CSC.

Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture/ Built Environment/ BCAA Diploma in Architecture (Technology) or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Conversant in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD platforms to perform drawing and design work
• Experience in Corenet Submission requirements, procedures and standards for BIM (Revit) and AutoCad (2D) format
• Experience in the use of BIM tools for design / tender / construction documentation
• Experience in annotations and descriptions for 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Knowledge in basic regulatory requirements (URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks, etc), and Arch related Codes of Practice
• Experience in annotations and descriptions for 3D models and 2D drawings
• Skills in presentation applications like V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc will be advantage
• Possesses good interpersonal skills for coordination and collaborative processes on multi-disciplinary basis
