• Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements
• Prepare financial statements, payments, AR billings, journals, monthly schedules, bank statement reconciliations, staff reimbursements, GST submission etc.
• Prepare management reports i.e. project analytics, revenue, costs, cash flows, AP, AR, Related Party Transactions reconciliation for group reporting & etc.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on billings, payments, reconciliations, audit, taxation matters
• Assist in banking matters, account opening, LC, insurance bond & etc.
• Assist in corporate secretarial activities
• Coordination for physical inventory and fixed assets count on an ad-hoc basis
• Responsible for statistical filing
• Hands-on and work with other team members for finance deliverables

Requirements

• Accounting Degree, Partial ACCA or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts with reputable companies
• Proficient in MS Excel, Words, PowerPoint & etc
• Good communication, organization and administration skills
• Hand-on experience in Navision accounting software is an advantage
• Experience in construction industry is an advantage

· Actively develop new prospects and maintained existing business accounts

Requirements

· Min Diploma with 1 year relevant experience in the related field will be an advantage (Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply)

• Maintain company accounts, ensure accuracy of data entry
• Management of petty cash reimbursement and replenishment
• Prepare weekly cash-flow report and monthly bank reconciliation
• Full set of accounts up to management reports
• Accounts Payable: PO, verification of suppliers’ invoices, payment proposal and process payment to suppliers.
• Reconciliation on customers’ monthly invoices
• Reconcile of GL’s and month end reports including AR Ageing reports
• Billing and invoice reconciliation
• Prepare month end closing reports and schedules
• Management report variance analysis
• Manage Fixed Asset Register
• Preparation of GST return and PIC claims.
• Knowledge of corporate income taxation
• Liaison with auditors/corporate secretarial
• Any other duties assigned by the superior

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Certificate in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification(s) with minimum 2 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts
• Experience in SAGE X3 accounting software is preferred
• Strong knowledge in accounting principles, standard practices and local laws & regulations
• Willing to work in Joo Koon area [3 bus stops away]
