Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive company growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor and report on business development activities and progress to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
