Role Overview:

As the Executive for Infrastructure and Sustainability at Defence Collective Singapore (DCS), you will support the development, management, and sustainability performance of DCS infrastructure projects. 8. Check and verify driver's and supply team trips forms with deployment after job completion
9. Attend to customer's enquiries relating to document, e.g. delivery receipts / proof of delivery within lead time given
10. Ensure all drivers are aware of specific customer requirements and monirot GPS tracking system to keep track of the progress that drivers make along the assigned routes
11. Handles customer feedbacks, other administrative issues and perform any other duties as required by Transportation Manager
12. Incident / investigation report submission when there is a requirement
13. Able to handle fleet of Prime Movers and Drivers
14. To stnadby / handle 24/7 duty phone (rotation) during operations.
