• Maintain, update and ensure accuracy of daily movement report.

• Raise estimates of repair of containers for clients.

• Attend & respond promptly to customers’ orders & enquiries.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate closely with Order Management and Sales teams to perform invoicing tasks (including resolution of invoice discrepancies)
• Conduct thorough review of incoterms and performance obligations to generate and issue invoices (of all types) for customers and ensuring requirements/obligations are satisfied
• Ensure that invoices generated are distributed, either digitally or manually based on customers’ requirements. Upload invoices on customer portals for customers that require online submission of invoices on an accurate and timely basis
• Review the Letter of Credit (L/c) received from customers and prepare the documents in accordance with the L/c for negotiation
• Submit L/c and invoicing documentation to banks for negotiation
• Ensure that there are no discrepancies with the L/c and, if found, communicate with the banks and senior management to resolve the discrepancies on a timely basis

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience in similar roles at a multinational corporation
• Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accountancy from a reputable institution or equivalent professional qualification
• Proficiency in working with SAP and MS Applications
• Have operational knowledge of ‘incoterms’ and its applicability
• Experienced at handling L/c negotiations and preparing and understanding export control documentation
• Team player with the ability to work as an individual contributor as well as partnered with colleagues across functions, culture and from all levels within the Group
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build robust relations with various stakeholders
• Be meticulous, structured, detail oriented and have a flexible approach
• Demonstrate initiative and a constant process improvement mindset

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage digital marketing strategies to drive leads and enhance online presence.
• Track, measure, and report digital campaign performance against ROI goals.
• Create and adapt Chinese-to-English content for various formats, tones, and channels, collaborating with teams for appropriate assets.
• Contribute to product positioning, marketing strategy, and product naming.
• Manage social media accounts for example, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Update marketing materials, maintain content databases, and collaborate with regional marketing teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalents.
• Interest in skin care, wellness and healthcare products.
