You are the main contact for the community, and acts as the face of lyf. You will be a multifaceted Community Manager, who revels in creating an inclusive and collaborative community at lyf. A day in the life of a lyf Guard can start from checking in a new resident, recommending the best yoga studio in town, replacing a light bulb, and ending with having a cup of coffee together with the lyf residents in the social spaces after work. You will report to the Senior lyf Guard.

Responsibilities

1) Take Care of All Residents from Pre-arrival to Post-departure

You will:

• Assist lyf residents with their check-in through the Discover ASR, and mobile access activation

• Explore the functions of the Discover ASR with residents (Eg; mobile access and message board)

• Encourage residents to explore and work with the lyf community

• Handle residents' queries on facilities, services, registration and information about shopping, banking, dining, entertainment and local events

Responsibilities

• Perform the full cycle Sales Operation.
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
• Liaise with sales and project manager to obtain missing information if necessary.

1. Ensure that practices are in compliance with local legislation and regulation;

2. Maintaining employees’ personal file and updating employees’ details in HR system;

3. Performing monthly payroll processing including preparations of IR21, IR8A, leave pay and claims ;

4. Preparing necessary HR documents for hiring, disciplinary handling, exiting, job increment and promotion and misc. letter when staffs requested for ICA, MOE, MOM;

12. Over sees and manage all work passes applications, renewal and cancellations, mandatory courses to be possess by worker, update of personal details and any other matters for foreign workers

13. Full spectrum of talent acquisition processes including hiring candidates, ensure recruitments documents are in order, job posting, screening of CVs, interview arrangements.

14. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, IR21 and clearance;

15. Manage day – to -day HR activities, including maintaining employee records and preparing hr related documents

16. Change at time to time against with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) rule and regulations on the policy.

17. Perform any other duties as assigned.

5. Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information

6. Writing and proofreading creative copy

7. Maintaining the website, looking at data analytics and monitoring our

performance

8. Updating databases and using a donor management system

9. Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture
