Role and Responsibilities:

• Promote training courses, services or products in fulfilling training needs of the customers’ workforce.
• Reach out to new potential customers as well as engaging current account holders in order to achieve the sales goals, objectives and KPIs.
• Customise sales proposals and presentations in accordance with customers’ training requirement.
• Analyse market/industry training trends and match to existing and potential customers’ profile.
• Collaborate with trainers/partners to deliver quality program according to the customers’ requirement.
• Provide administrative and logistics support for workshops and training courses.
• Understand customers’ training related concerns and discuss it with the trainers to come out with recommendations.
• Monthly update on engagement activities, work plans, sales analysis and results.
• Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is a great communicator who can handle customer inquiries efficiently and with a positive attitude. This role involves assisting customers with their orders, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and resources.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, and offering the best solution.
• Process orders, refunds, and exchanges in a timely manner.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues, updating our internal systems.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g., Warehouse, Purchasing) to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role (preferably in ecommerce/retail/call centre).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Diploma or equivalent and above is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in ecommerce or online retail.
• Knowledge of common ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Magento, etc.).
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Job Description

Provide IT support for users and be involved in the implementation of IT projects to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Initiate and execute procurement of IT equipment and services end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse requests raised by users and follow up with system administrator or application vendors for resolution
• Ensure that the fixes/solutions provided by the vendors are appropriate and accurate before deploying to users.
• Follow up on open items and ensure that they are closed on time within SLA.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and propose solutions
• Verify the reports by the vendors for accuracy and completeness.
• Understand the high level requirements and formulate solutions that are scalable.
• Source for IT vendors to provide high quality services and solutions.
• Ensure that procurement tasks are executed in adherence to the Finance and Procurement policies.
• Track IT assets and the movement of IT inventory in the organisation.
• Manage plan for phased asset replacement.
• Execute tasks in accordance to IT SOPs.
• Educate and brief staff on good IT practices.
• Contribute to the different stages of IT project implementation.
• Manage small scale projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT or Computer Science
• Minimum two - five years of relevant experience in IT
• Experienced in IT operations management, facilitiation, decision making, problem solving and influencing skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and is meticulous
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and sustain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Able to participate in SINDA-wide events, as required
