• Sales of the Company’s waterproofing solutions in the building & construction industry
• Plan and implement sales strategies
• Conduct market research and industry trends for sales pipeline
• Draft and provide accurate quotations and follow-ups with potential clients for sales of services
• To determine method of waterproofing for different types of water seepages
• Able to conduct Product Presentations to customers and professional advice to client when required
• Perform thorough visual on-site inspections for diagnostic of waterproofing issues.
• Conduct analyses to determine pricing and terms of related products and services within the current market, and customer needs and preferences.
• Initiative to resolve potential conflicts at site.
• Work closely with Operation team for timely delivery
• Ensure all health and safety practices and procedures.
• To all applicable laws and regulations, including building, trade, fire, and construction codes, as well as company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma or Degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
2. At least 4 years work experience in waterproofing related / building construction industry.
3. Possess own transport.

• In charge of the staff benefit and insurance renewal
• Renewal of corporate licence
• Conduct orientation and briefing of staff benefits
• In charge of office maintenance
• Liaise with training centre for staff training
• In-charge of screening, register and cancellation of security officer's record through PLRD
• Assist logistics duties on uniform issue
• Submit survey required by MOM or by any ministry requirement
• Cover reception when receptionist on leave
• Arrange security officer's training course
• Assist for PLRD matters
• Check leave record and update leave record in the system
• Work Closely with operation team for manpower needs
• Other administrative issues on HR operations

Responsibilities

- Regularly check vessel schedules and update our Compass system.

- Make booking with feeder operators for destinations not directly serviced by HMM.

- Create and manage feeder codes in the system.

- Liase with HQ, Trade Teams, Origins and Vessel Operators to confirm loading details.

- Work with Feeder Operators on TLI declaration.

- Coordinate with PSA for any exceptions such as refrigeration malfunctions, leaks or damages.

- Handle AMS, ENS, CAMS and Singapore Customs filings.

- Monitor long-dwelling cargo in PSA, especially DGs and Reefers.

- Any other tasks relating to our services or assigned by Management.

Requirements

- Two (2) years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.

- Effective spoken and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.

- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
