Position Summary

As a Senior Client Services Executive, you will be a strategic partner to the clients, ensuring their success through exceptional background screening solutions. You will be the primary point of contact, managing the entire client journey from onboarding to ongoing support. This critical role plays a vital part in delivering a seamless experience while upholding the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, from monitoring cases and orders to conducting client onboarding and business reviews, and acting as a trusted advisor. You will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns, and driving operational excellence to meet and exceed client expectations.

Job Scope / Principal Accountabilities:

• Cases and Orders monitoring
• Orders integration
• Turn-around time monitoring
• Candidate chasing
• Guarantee daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met
• Analyse verified information for accuracy and completion
• Investigate and confirm reference credibility
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
• Responding promptly to clients’ inquiries
• Knowing client’s ScreenGlobal Platform inside and out so that you can answer questions
• Onboarding new and existing clients
• Conducting business review with the clients;
• Case creation and check out orders for clients requiring these services
• Quality monitoring the checks and annexures before submitting the final report to the clients
• Ensure that the client compliance tracker is updated on a daily basis
• Abide to client instructions and ensure that instructions are relayed to operations team
• Ensure related compliance requirements are addressed, e.g., privacy, security, and administrative regulations associated with information and privacy management systems, are followed in Singapore HQ and the Philippines site.
• Be vigilant to report possible security and privacy incidents as required through the ISO core team and department heads or email to the Data Protection Officer, and ensure appropriate risk mitigation and control processes are taken to avoid further risks.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Competencies required:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• One to two years work experience in background check and customer service is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to support the management and growth of our multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listing, inventory checking, order fulfillment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting marketing activities across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Listing & Management:

Manage and maintain product information on the company's e-commerce platforms (such as Weshop, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok), ensuring the accuracy of product information on all platforms.

2. Order Fulfillment:

Process and fulfill orders from all e-commerce channels, ensuring that customers receive their products in a timely and accurate manner.

3. Customer Service Support:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support, handling customer service issues on e-commerce platforms.

Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.

4. Content Creation:

Taking high-quality photos and videos of new products for social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), the company e-commerce website, and mini programs, while writing copy to accurately convey brand information and attract the target audience

5. Website and Mini Program Management:

Regularly update product and promotional content on the e-commerce website and mini programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of the content.

Key Requirements:

• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic content creation skills.
• Familiarity with the product listing and order management processes on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
• Basic data analysis skills, including tracking performance and identifying trends.
• Strong market sensitivity, business acumen, and ability to stay updated with industry trends.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Singaporean and PR will be given priority.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese is a must.
• Prior experience in an e-commerce role is preferred.
• Familiarity with content management systems and basic photo/video editing software.
