organic search visibility and drive traffic and conversions.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and

incorporate them into our strategies.

● Conduct regular audits and analysis of clients' websites to identify areas for

improvement and optimization.

Client Engagement and Pitching:

● Participate in client pitches and presentations, showcasing our expertise in SEO and our

ability to deliver results.

● Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to understand clients' goals

and objectives, and tailor SEO strategies to meet their needs.

Process Optimization and Workflow Enhancement:

● Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows for SEO execution, ensuring

scalability and consistency across projects.

● Identify opportunities for automation and integration of tools to streamline workflows

and improve efficiency.

Department Management:

● Collaborate with other department heads to align SEO strategies with overall business

objectives and priorities.

● Provide leadership and direction for the SEO department, setting clear goals and

performance metrics, and monitoring progress towards achieving them.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● 5 years of experience in SEO management, including leadership and team

management.

● In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and techniques, with a passion for staying abreast of

industry developments.

● Experience in pitching to enterprise clients and presenting complex SEO strategies in a

clear and compelling manner.

● Demonstrated ability to develop and implement scalable processes and workflows for

SEO execution.
