The Director, Go-To-Market Sales is a leadership role, responsible for providing direction to sales managers driving consistent results and performance across their sales teams. This role oversees a group of senior sales managers who manage quota bearing teams.

This leadership role often provides executive presence primarily to their teams in order to drive the execution of the strategy across the geography they are responsible for.

This leadership role has limited interaction with buyers but in instances where these interactions do occur, it will be at higher altitude levels in the account and will likely be of a strategic nature.

The Director, Go-To-Market Sales oversees, leads and manages a sales team within a region/country, ensuring the flawless execution of sales initiatives, activities and programs to meet sales revenue and strategy, while simultaneously fostering a collaborative and innovate team culture focused on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works with the Sales Executive and decision makers to assist with the development of a sales strategy that will deliver the strategic objectives as outlined in the global and regional organizational strategy.
• Defines the way the sales force will approach the market and to determine the targets that the sales force should achieve and strive to exceed.
• Drives a sales culture by sharing best practices, developing and sustaining cross functional relationships and filtering information downwards

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

Responsibilities:

- To manage CMG existing rewards programme, including working with partners to offers contests, giveaways and leverage on CMG’s events

General Summary

The Director, Compute OEM Sales will be responsible for managing and growing revenue with large strategic compute OEM accounts across the APAC Region. This person will work closely with colleagues around the world and be responsible for creating and executing the regional strategy to accelerate sell through and drive preference for PCs powered by Qualcomm products and technologies across the APAC Region.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will build and manage relationships with key PC OEM stakeholders at all levels in the APAC region. Drawing on extensive knowledge of the APAC compute market, he or she will personally interface with OEM category planning, segment leaders, marketing, sales, and operation teams to drive the execution of large enterprise deals and accelerate sell-through of OEM's compute portfolio of Qualcomm-based products – primarily focused on PC. This role demands hands-on involvement, requiring active participation in all stages of business development, from strategic planning to tactical execution. The candidate will closely collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams in Qualcomm’s headquarters and other regional offices supporting PC OEM business.

Skills/Experience

The Director, Compute OEM Business Development will have had extensive experience in developing relationships at large, complex organizations globally. She or he will have successfully managed to achieve sales targets and goals. Experience in selling components to PC and tablet OEM and the understanding of the complexity of the compute industry are required. The understanding of technically complex products and experience on how to position these to a broad audience are critical.

• 20+ years of sales, product management or business development of complex technology products in compute businesses with knowledge of global dynamics of OEMs & markets

Roles and Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

General Operations

• Familiar with the objectives of Active Ageing Centre (AAC)
• Compliant to operation rules and guidelines for AAC, ensure safety of elderly and staff
• Promote racial/religious harmony among elderly members
• Assist in care of the elderly, observe and monitor their health and well-being
• Work closely with supervisor to:
• oversee compliance in operations, directives, KPI and all work processes within assigned centres/programmes/projects
• adhere and ensure compliance across the centres according to healthcare directives set by the Management & MOH

Programme Planning and Management

· Manage multiple work streams and drive onboarding, operate and optimize the selected application systems solution to monitor, respond and recover application service.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure successful onboarding, adoption and maintenance of the tools

· Work with Level 2/3 application support teams to use monitoring tools to uncover the backend dependencies for mission critical applications and make sure that they are instrumented appropriately

· Develop/build dashboards to show the overall health of a complex application and other accompanying dashboards to show the health of dependent systems

· Work with incident, problem and change managers to implement requirements for APM.

· Work with project team, finance and institution on cost recovery model for KTLO activities

· Manage and present KPI reports to senior management

· Ad-hoc tasks in areas such as audits, risk management, impact assessment and disaster recovery activities

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline

• 10-15 yrs of Technical / Application experience

• Proven client engagement experience / vendor management experience

• Proven track record of leading multiple technology teams comprising of application and technology related domains to meet Service Operations SLA, KPIs

• ITIL v3/v4 certification and strong service oriented experience / background

• Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs Strong competency in IT technologies covering operating systems, databases technologies, networking, server, load balancing and/or application related domains covering healthcare and healthcare related industries

• Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business
