Role Purpose

The role is to manage and develop business from a portfolio of multinational corporate accounts, with revenue delivery of >$25M from discovered contacts across assigned account portfolio. Delivers revenue to hotels globally, maximizing revenues and market share for all brands and across all segments (transient, group, project). The account portfolio is comprised of corporations which have high complexity given their size and global reach and require deployment of an account team comprised of team members deployed to key buyers, decision-makers and influencers within each account, across different geographies.

Key Accountabilities

• Identifying, soliciting, influencing and converting highly valuable revenue opportunities
• Developing and maximizing relationships with contacts at all levels within the assigned account portfolio
• Developing and executing innovative strategic plans for each account within each segment, in order to drive rate growth, shift share and deliver more customers to our growing portfolio
• Collaborating with account team members and hotel team members to successfully craft and execute global account plans with regional and local applicability

• Along with account team members, owns the account relationship for the company, engaging the account and company business functions in all interactions (at all levels) related to our mutual business together, representing a 360 view of our account relationship.
• Leads and engages company resources which include global sales teams, regional sales leadership, hotel operations, global and regional functional groups (such as technology, multi-brand/brand, marketing, loyalty & partnerships, procurement) and senior management. Responsible for all facets of strategic account management, including the development, evolution and execution of strategic account plans, account progress updates for internal and external stakeholders, Corporate, Group and Project RFP’s, communicating brand differentiation through brand programs, agency events, roadshows, tradeshows, next-gen initiatives, B2B marketing and other sales activities
• Actively participate in travel professional and industry groups, and be recognised internally and externally as an expert in the designated market segments
• Listens to understand each account’s and each contact’s needs and expectations, and delivers tailored solutions to the account which maximize returns to the client and our business, intentionally differentiating our partnership and offerings vs. competitors.
• Drives and maximizes revenue and market share growth from each account, resulting in achievement of individual and team sales targets which contributes to the outperformance of our brands and fuels growth for the company.

Key Skills & Experiences

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Hospitality or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

Experience:

5 or more years of progressive work-related experience in the service industry with at least 3 years in multi-unit or corporate roles, as well as demonstrated mastery of technical and business knowledge and understanding of multiple disciplines/processes related to the position. Extensive sales experience is required, as well as client management experience among large, complex meeting & incentive agencies.

Job Scope

1. Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement, focusing on the unique aspects of Turkish cuisine.

2. Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

3. Brand Management: Oversee the restaurant's branding efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and customer experience across all platforms.

4. Digital Marketing: Manage the restaurant’s online presence, including social media, website, and online reviews. Develop content that resonates with the target audience.

5. Promotions and Events: Plan and execute promotional campaigns and special events to attract customers and enhance community engagement.

6. Partnership Development: Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and food bloggers to enhance visibility and drive traffic to the restaurant.

7. Menu Development Support: Collaborate with chefs to create seasonal menus and special offerings that reflect current trends and customer preferences.

8. **Customer Relationship Management**: Implement systems to gather customer feedback and analyze satisfaction to improve services and offerings.

9. Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Work with management to develop sales forecasts and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Quantexa is looking for a highly motivated professional in Singapore who can help grow our APAC Alliances Ecosystem. From strategic consultancies (Big Four) to Technology Partners, to Data Partners, Quantexa’s Alliances Ecosystem is key to our global expansion.

Reporting to our Senior Director for APAC Alliances, you will work closely with the local Quantexa’s sales teams to:

• Excite new partners through stakeholder engagement and proposition workshops
• Enable our partners to agree clear joint proposition(s) and GTM plans
• Execute our global alliances strategy with our partners to generate opportunities, collaborate-to-innovate new use cases and continue to provide the upmost value to our clients

What you’ll be doing.

As the Alliance Director you are at the forefront of expanding Quantexa’s reach into the public sector, making sure that our message, solutions, and value are amplified through our partners. You are the vital link that helps translate our vision into reality, managing relationships that fuel growth and ensuring that our partners are equipped, engaged, and excited to bring our solutions to market. Your role directly contributes to landing new government customers, driving revenue, and cementing our reputation as a partner-first organization.

Imagine starting your day with a quick check-in call with one of our key technology partners, brainstorming ways to bring innovative solutions to the public sector. By mid-morning, you're diving into a workshop with a cloud provider, aligning on a joint strategy to help land our next big government customer. After a power-packed lunch (we promise, it’s not just coffee!), you're deep into governance mode, ensuring our alliances are not just meeting but smashing expectations. The afternoon? It’s all about enabling partners, guiding them through our tech, and ensuring they’re ready to take on the world with us. You’ll wrap up the day connecting with a potential new partner – spotting the next big opportunity to grow Quantexa’s footprint in the public sector. Every day is different, but it’s always about building, enabling, and winning.

• Relationship Champion: You'll be the go-to person for our existing partners. Think of yourself as the glue that keeps our alliances thriving. Your mission? Keep partners excited, informed, and aligned with our goals.
• Commercial Commander: Managing day-to-day commercial relationships, governance, and the nitty-gritty of alliance management. Your focus will be on delivering value and driving revenue – no two days are the same, and you love it that way.
• Enablement Expert: You’re the bridge between our tech and our partners, ensuring they have the tools, training, and know-how to bring our joint solutions to the public sector with confidence.
• Growth Hunter: Identifying new partners who align with our mission and can help us land more government customers. You’re always on the lookout for the next big opportunity and are not afraid to chase it.
  

What you’ll bring.

• Domain Knowledge. In-depth understanding of the public sector, including knowledge of government operations, procurement processes, and technology adoption in government contexts.
• Experience Working with System Integrators and Consultancies. Proven track record of working with SI partners or consultancies, particularly in managing and driving joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Alliance Management Experience. Strong experience of senior alliance management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage complex partner relationships, drive commercial outcomes, and navigate the challenges of a dynamic partner ecosystem.
• Strong Relationship and Communication Skills. Ability to build and nurture relationships with partners, engage stakeholders effectively, and align partner goals with Quantexa’s strategic objectives.
• Commercial Acumen. Demonstrated experience in managing the commercial aspects of partnerships, including governance, enablement, and driving revenue growth.
• Understanding of Cloud and Data Solutions. Knowledge of cloud technologies, data analytics, or AI as they relate to the public sector would be an advantage.

Preferred, but Not Essential

• Experience in a Fast-Growing Tech Environment. Familiarity with working in a high-growth company, particularly in the technology or data space.
• Public Sector Transformation Projects. Direct experience working on large-scale government transformation projects or with public sector clients.
• Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills. Ability to think strategically about market opportunities, partner alignment, and driving business growth through innovative solutions.
