The Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of staff to ensure the smooth running of the programme’s daily

As we continue to strengthen our position in this key market, there is an increased opportunity to expand our footprint through the wider portfolio of HCM, Financials, Planning, Sourcing and Analytics solutions that Workday now offers. Increasingly, organisations that want to transform the way they operate are replacing legacy systems with Workday’s SaaS Enterprise Management applications.To capitalise on the opportunities in this market and to scale the sales support and customer engagements to new levels, Workday is looking to bring a senior leader to run all or part of the Presales team in Asia and manage growth both in terms of people, as well as in terms of operations.

The Presales team is comprised of functional solution consultants who are experts in various product areas and technical and business architects, who bring the solution together from a customer context.As a key member of the Asia management team, the Presales Consulting leader personally contributes to achieving Workday’s main objectives, such as excellence in deal support, demand management, quarterly and annual planning, presales skills enhancement etc. The Presales Consulting head personally ensures the "One Team" objectives, establishing a strong collaboration and partnership attitude from the Presales team with the Sales organisation as well as other functional teams in the Asia (ASEAN, HK/Taiwan and Korea) and the APAC and Japan regions.

Responsibilities would include:

• Originating and executing transactions with focus on client coverage across Asia
• Be part of the bank’s sector banking team providing lending and advisory services (M&A, capital raising, financing) to clients in the region
• Marketing, pitching and providing tailored financial solutions to clients by leveraging on industry knowledge and expertise
• Prepare financial proposals, including drafting and review of term sheets, reviewing project contracts and due diligence reports, undertaking risk and financial analysis entailing running sensitivities and scenarios in financial model
• Preparing credit applications, leading documentation and ensuring all internal processes are complied with to facilitate financial close
• Maintain client relationships within the sector and develop new relationships
• Keep in the loop of all market knowledge and industry developments, clients and targets
• Lead discussions with external stakeholders including client senior management, law firm partners, 3rd party consultants/advisors and industry experts

Profile of Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 7-10 years of relevant working experience in general project/ structured finance sectors
• Good understanding of loan documentation, transaction structuring skills, understanding credit process, financial modelling skills
• Attention to detail, ability to deliver under time pressure
• Team player, good interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
• Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the APJ GVP of Services, The Senior Services Director for Asia is responsible to help enable the growth and management of Workday’s new and existing customer base across the regions with accountability to ensure our customers and partners successfully leverage the expert services that span the customer lifecycle: selling, deployment, advisory, production and adoption services. This role partners closely across our Asia region sales leadership to develop business by positioning and selling services for new and existing customers and partners.

Successful candidates will be passionate about transforming and developing a Services team that supports sales cycles, engages with customers and partners to develop deployment and post go live success strategies, manages the associated proposals and contracts, and predictably delivers sustainable multi-year growth. The team of Services Executives this role manages includes a diverse range of skills and experience from across professional services, functional subject matter expertise, and field sales.

• You have more than 12 years of experience leading complex services sales cycles with a track record of successful service & subscription bookings, revenue and profitability attainment.

Other Qualifications

• You’re currently in a senior sales management role.

Growing the business

• Define the right sales models together with the Asia region leaders mapped to the right GTM for the Asia region that drives multi quarter subscription growth and services bookings and revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES AND BUSIENSS DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNTABILITY

￭ In charge of sales performance and budget with full P&L responsibility of the channel.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Studies, Fashion, Finance or related discipline.

• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in retail industry, preferably from luxury F&B retail / fashion brands / cosmetics.

• Strong financial acumen, track record in managing a retail organization.

• Strong leadership skills with exceptional presentation and communication skills.

• Strong analytical, business acumen and interpersonal skills.

• Shop visit and business travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of staff to ensure the smooth running of the programme’s daily

operations and maintenance of our center.

• Provide guidance and motivation to staff to achieve the programme objectives, develop

workplans for the team in alignment with agency goals.

• Conduct internal and external environmental assessments to identify areas for

development and improvement so as to better meet the needs of the clients.

• Oversee the curation and development of programmes based on needs of clients.

• Provide coaching and guidance for casework management, needs assessment and

Qualifications/ requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in social work, with a minimum of seven years of postgraduate

professional experience in social work.

• Social work accreditation with SASW. Candidates with counselling experience and

professional accreditation in this field may also apply.

• Passion for working with children and families from vulnerable backgrounds.

• Strong leadership skills, possess at least 3 years of people management experience,

with strong stakeholder management and people skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

• A good team player, and also able to work independently with good problem-solving

skills, and an ability to multi-task across a variety of tasks, projects and responsibilities.
