What you will be working on

You will take the lead in managing a team of officers responsible for overseeing the daily disbursement operations for various schemes. Your role will involve ensuring that payouts to beneficiaries are both prompt and accurate, maintaining high standards of efficiency and reliability in all transactions.

In this role, you will:

· Oversee daily disbursement activities to ensure timely and accurate payouts to beneficiaries.

Team Summary

The Risk & Data Solutions team is responsible for leading the strategy, prioritisation, development and delivery of Visa’s product roadmap for all risk and data solutions in the Asia Pacific markets in our Value Added Services (VAS) organisation. What a Senior Director Risk Solutions does at Visa:

As the Senior Director: Risk Solutions at Visa, you will have responsibility for the strategy and growth of authorisation and authentication risk solutions in Asia Pacific as these relate to card transactions.  You will have end to end ownership of the product suite, including the development and execution of the product strategy, product delivery, go to market and product performance management.  As a strong collaborator, you will work across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups to deliver against strategic objectives.

The Senior Director: Risk Solutions will report to the Vice President: AP Risk & Data Solutions.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. The Director is a lead to steward the business and deliver against client objectives and satisfaction. He or she serves as the senior contact and will drive quality control, approving communication strategies, plans and key tactics delivered by the team across online and offline planning.

Key Accountabilities:

What you will be working on

You will be involved in administering retirement-related withdrawal schemes. This includes overseeing Ordinary and Special Account (OSA) withdrawals for members reaching age 55, facilitating Retirement Account (RA) withdrawals through pledging, managing lump-sum withdrawals once members reach the PEA threshold, and handling exemptions for various conditions.

In this role, you will:

· Assist the Section Head in supervising a team of Managers and Executives responsible for the daily operations of retirement withdrawal schemes.

The Regional New Business Development team is responsible for growing the acceptance and usage of Cybersource throughout the Asia Pacific (AP) region. The Asia Business Development and Marketing team is an ambitious and talented team that deliver best practice marketing initiatives Asia-wide. The team is a critical enabler to Turner & Townsend’s growth strategy in Asia.

In line with continued business growth, we are seeking a Marketing and Communications Associate Director who will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing, communications and digital marketing plan, and subsequent initiatives Asia-wide. This role will manage the marketing budget, provide demonstrable ROI, and guide senior stakeholders to produce compelling thought leadership and insightful events.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a sound understanding of marketing strategy and execution, and operate at both strategic and hands-on level. He/She must develop strong internal relationships and be comfortable challenging and leading technical professionals. The role will directly line manage 3 existing, talented marketing professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

Strategic planning and best practice:

• Develop and execute the Asia marketing and communications strategy and plan, in line with priority sectors and markets.
• Support priority pursuits, alongside business development and operational teams, with targeted campaigns that influences buying behaviours.
• Own the marketing budget Asia-wide, overseeing requests for investment and driving ROI.
• Be brand custodian in Asia, driving brand compliance, understanding and training.
• Develop best practice processes and tools to enable high quality events and thought leadership.

External communications and marketing

• Work with Campaigns Manager for executing strategic Asia-wide marketing campaigns. This includes stakeholder management, multi-channel execution, internal communications and ROI.
• Support external communications activity including award submissions, media relations, social media, digital, and associated profile raising activities within Asia.
• Work directly with Turner & Townsend’s leadership team to provide strategic communications advice.
• Supervise external PR agency relationships and engagement to secure positive media coverage for agreed campaigns.
• Support in directing strategic-level external event, sponsorship and conference activity; implement clear strategies for priority events and conferences to drive client engagement and ROI.

Internal communications:

• Support internal communications plans targeted at employees across different offices, segments, service lines, and functions to promote employee engagement.
• Work alongside the sector/segment/cost centre leads to host strategic internal conferences and events.
• Deliver inspiring brand-led communications content and activities to the Turner & Townsend employee audience.

Reporting:

• Establish measurements and tracking to ensure and demonstrate the ROI of all communications activities.
• Establish or maintain methods that provide visibility to the Asia-wide business on upcoming activities and initiatives.
• Produce and/or contribute to Board reports, performance reviews and summaries, as needed.

Other:

• Champion global/Asia programmes, deliverables and initiatives across the region.
• Manage/supervise performance of marketing and communications professionals within Asia.
• Work as part of the Asia Pacific marketing and communications function, in addition to working with global communications professionals.
• Work in conjunction with client and bid professionals in the Asia business generation team.

As a Programme Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Encourage participation of voluntary programmes and activities.
• Assist home visits and help with the community screening requirement for our seniors.
• Coordinate with volunteers and provide support in development and sustainability.
• Conduct training session and meetings with volunteers.
• Support in planning and implementing activities that provide helps to ageing in the community.
• Plan and participate ad-hoc events and meeting for operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:

What a Senior Director, Issuing Sales, Value Added Services (VAS) - AP does at Visa

The Senior Director, Issuing Sales, Value Added Services (VAS) - AP will be accountable for driving top line revenue growth and overall market adoption of Issuer-centric products across the region to support Visa’s aggressive growth targets for VAS.

This role is based in Singapore and reports to the AP head of VAS.

This leader will drive maximum value by targeting both existing clients and net new clients. His/her primary responsibilities include: driving revenue, retention, and renewals, managing day-to-day relationships with strategic clients, and ensuring optimal customer engagement post-sales through operational excellence.

Importantly, the Sales focus for this role will be on an Issuer-centric client segment vs. a specific Solutions domain. As such, the leader will be accountable for managing Sales of multiple solutions domains that address the needs of Visa’s Issuer clients. This will include select Risk Solutions in addition to Issuing Solutions, and the selected leader will manage a team of sellers with fluency across each.

Responsibilities:

Business Results 

• Exceed aggressive sales targets for Visa Issuing Solutions AP
• Work cross functionally to develop and deliver annual and 3Y revenue & profitability plans
• Support the build of and adherence to regional ‘go to market’ plans
• Achieve objectives and outlook by leading sales alignment with global and regional Issuing product and solutioning teams and other Visa functions
• Proactively help AEs / Sales Generalists identify opportunities to leverage existing Issuing products and solutions
• Drive teams to create a high value pipeline for new business and upsells
• Lead teams through the sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Enable sales acceleration and prioritization of activities with high potential client targets, use cases, industry segments, etc.

• Partner closely with regional and global Sales enablement functions – including GTM & Commercialization and Sales Operations – to adhere to best practices in making Visa Products easy to buy and easy to sell
• Partner with local Sales Engineering teams to inform detailed development and delivery of customer-centric Issuing solutions
• Work with Legal to ensure client contracts drive to successful outcomes for both Visa and our clients
• Work with Client Delivery and Client Services to handoff the sale to implementation and ensure well-run projects
• Facilitate the capture and communication of client feedback on product and VAS to inform product evolution.
