The Role

Job Summary

Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent is responsible for maximizing overall revenue through development and implementation of effective inventory and pricing strategies based on demand and competitor analysis in order to gain market share.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive market share and revenue performance through proper pricing and mix management using competitive reports

Description

In this role, you will work closely with the regional teams to define, build and enhance the Precision supply road map in a way that provides consistent benefits while meeting unique market needs across APAC. In particular, your role requires a strong relationship with Publicis Media’s regional and local investment & commercial teams to manage supply partnership – strategically and commercially – including opportunity assessment, proposal management, negotiations and commercial awareness. You will vet new opportunities & innovative solutions, maintain & grow existing relationships on the supply side, and develop new business plans to enhance existing & develop emerging supply solutions that are commercially viable.

You will collaborate with Precision leadership – globally, regionally and at market level – as well as internal departments across the Publicis Media Groupe, including:

• Investment – structuring and managing inventory partnerships
• Agencies – educating, gathering feedback, and developing/ sourcing solutions for agency and client needs

1. Seek to position Instant as a strategic partner of the client through proposing solutions that add value and create competitive advantage to the client’s business and enhance its performance and reputation

3. Ensure that stakeholders across the client’s business at all levels understand Instant’s solutions offering and how Instant adds value

4. Deepen the trust by developing a strategy for adding value across the client’s business through articulating Instant’s proposition and the identification and delivery of appropriate Instant solutions

5. Be the voice of your customer within Instant and ensure that your knowledge and understanding is shared via all route (tech CRM systems and knowledge sharing activity)

6. Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to highlight areas of success, valued delivered, plan future projects and respond to customer feedback

7. As the accounts team expands, set the standard for account growth and client engagement and build teams who consistently deliver and constantly develop. This will include consideration of recruitment, talent management, career development, coaching and leadership

8. Construct relationships with a wider supply chain and other 3rd parties

9. Engage Instant stakeholders from across the business to align with relevant client stakeholders and grow peer-to-peer relationships

10. With support from marketing, encourage happy clients to provide testimonials, references, case studies and referrals

ob Responsibilities

We are looking for a Finance Directorto build the Treasury function within the Group.You will drive and coordinate all key treasury processes including cashflow planning and forecasting by establishing treasury frameworks, monitoring and improving efficiency in cash management.

• Oversee Group treasury function across the holding company and subsidiaries in multiple region.
• Design and maintain treasury policy that adequately control treasury activities and supporting the smooth running of the daily operations.
• Review and recommend efficient bank account management within the Group.
• Explore and build banking relationship with a new Global bank that able to support the growth of the Group.
• Responsible for managing fund placement or investment to maximise the return.
• Responsible for evaluation of the use of Trade Financing Line or Loan facilities.
• Provide weekly overview of the cashflow position and forecast to the management and manages the cash allocation for each entity.
• Evaluate the hedging needs of the Group.
• Propose and implement metrics and tracking to measure liquidity and burn efficiency.
• Support any other ad hoc treasury projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting.
• At least 8+ years of working experiences in Treasury or 5+ years Manager role on group level.
• Has experience managing fund or investment and rolling out Group cash pooling process.
• Great analytical and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to detail and the bigger picture in mind.
• E-Banking experience a strong plus.
• Self-driving team player able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
