Reporting to the Regional Head of Paid Media in APAC, you will create impact within our paid Social team and Paid Media capability. We take pride in our achievements and clients setting us apart in the industry.

Key Summary

Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Programme/ Healthcare Assistant is to provide support and assistance to clients on a daily basis, attending to their needs and ensuring the smooth operation of the centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide interactive activities to clients in the centre or in the client’s home.

Main Responsibilities- Director of Sports

• Responsible for the planning and the future growth of sport in the school by leading the team of coaches to develop sporting excellence while encouraging the participation of pupils of all abilities.
• Develop a school-wide strategic plan for sports that will improve student-athlete participation, see ongoing improved athlete and team performance and results, and establish XCL World Academy (Singapore) as a leading sports school in Singapore
• Collaborate with the sport specific coordinators - football, basketball, girls sport; to ensure that we continue to provide quality coaching practices and opportunities for student-athletes to develop positively in the chosen sports
• Source and provide appropriate professional development opportunities for our coaches and sport coordinators to develop current best practices to benefit our student-athletes

• The contact point & manage the hosting for home games throughout all seasons to demonstrate the high standards held for sporting events at the School.
• Manage end to end planning, coordination, communication, meeting, schedules of ACSIS leagues effectively with Parents, students and vendors appropriately.
• Drive results and meet agreed expectation, provide effective communications with team coaches; lead and manage bookings, payments and all other logistics to ensure smooth running of the program.
• Ensure home game logistics and setup is actioned - venues, equipment, officials
• Make informed decisions on cancelled games in line with ACSIS expectation and advise parents and visiting schools in a timely manner.
• Organise the appropriate equipment for all the teams each season, manage the distribution collection, inventory and ordering of uniforms.
• Effective management of budget, equipment, facilities, guest speakers, athlete development programs and conduct review for consistent improvement in programs, services and end to end management of Sports in the school.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

• Partner with Risk Framework Owners / Process Owners to ensure First Line Business & Functions perform Data related Risk & Controls Self-Assessment (“RCSA”) at the required frequency intervals; provide healthy challenge to the risk assessments performed where required; and assess adequacy of controls / in managing their Data risk
• Provide feedback on any changes being proposed to the Data policies and underlying standards that impact TB
• Attend the TB Data Risk & Governance Steering Committee, contributing material inputs on data risks as relevant
• Execute on education and training needs for respective risk types for TB Staff
• Effectively engage senior business stakeholders across geographies, including local Audit and CFCC teams when required
• Ensure TB Country Process Owners have adequate treatment plans in place to address any Data Risk elevations providing assurance and challenge that remediation is fit for purpose and in line with Group Standards requirements. Ensure risks are appropriately prioritised against other risk types.

Data Risk - Change

• Lead / co-ordinate all Data Conduct initiatives across TB, working in close partnership with Cash and Trade business teams on execution of specific deliverables and ensuring the TB approach is coherent and efficient. Also represent TB on Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) and Chief Data Office (CDO) Data Management working groups to ensure proposed initiatives / solutions are fit for purpose and address risk reduction.
• Drive completion of key milestones for TB in collaboration with TB / CIB Group Data teams and in accordance with the Risk Remediation Plan / Risk Treatment Plan as appropriate.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to simplify and templatise Group standards and accompanying Country Addenda / Schedule to facilitate operationalization of the standards within TB e.g. Data Sovereignty
• Act as the TB single point of contact on regulatory and internal initiatives (e.g. Data Standards implementation) that impact the wider TB footprint e.g. Data Sovereignty, Records Management and BCBS 239

• Data Risk & Governance – BAU
• Lead Book of Work items to remediate regulatory and audit commitments across TB Data Risks, managing prioritisation, defining and driving delivery of risk treatment plans, assessing and reporting progress and risk
• Monitor data risk reduction / regulatory compliance levels across Data risks. Ensure ownership of tasks is allocated to the correct business or technology representatives for action.
