Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institute
• More than 10 years of relevant working experience in FPSO/ FLNG conversion projects and comprehensive knowledge on functionality of FPSO/ FLNG
• Possess working experience related to testing and calibration of FPSO/ FLNG instrument, DCS/ ICSS system knowledge and networking
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with ability to handle complex projects and lead multi-discipline team
• Familiar with all the Vessel class regulation and codes
• Have a proven track record of hands-on working knowledge in FPSO/ FLNG conversion projects
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, able to multi-task and adaptable to a dynamic fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
• Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
• Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
• Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
• Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
• Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equilant.
• A valid engineering license.
• 2 or more years' field and project planning experience.
• Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.
• The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Excellent project management and supervision skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.

• Minimum a year of sales experience in Logistics & Supply Chain industry
• Preferably with local sales experience in Freight Forwarding (Air & Ocean & Cross border road trucking )

• To source for new business with potential customers
• Having existing small to large profile customers on hand.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Provide support to customer service team when required, in order to speed up the process and achieve higher level of customer satisfaction
• Assist customers to resolve issues faced when shipping through our services in a timely manner so as to prevent cumulative cost (if any) and damages.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working towards achieving daily KPIs and monthly sales target

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned to Company broad service capabilities in events, exhibitions, corporate meetings, experiential marketing, content and technology

• Lead pitches and proposal development

• Attending to customers’ needs and requirements and provide prompt after-sales service

• Generating of leads and performing targeted client prospecting

• Building and maintaining strategic relationships with new and existing clients

• Promoting new services to existing and prospective clients

• Building of relevant prospects and pipelines

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma of any field or any other

equivalent qualification

• Preferably in similar capacity in a marketing

and customer development • Ability to

effectively engage with senior marketing

professionals from client side, as well as

understand, navigates and manages

complex, hierarchical corporate clients.
