As Assistant Care Manager, you play a pivotal role in the overall administration of the home, ensuring the well-being of elderly residents, both new and existing, is properly addressed.

Responsibilities and Competencies:

• Collaborate with the Assistant Operations Manager to ensure efficient operations, processes, and execution by maintaining a strong grasp of existing policies, guidelines, and systems.
• Participate in budget planning and resource allocation alongside the Ops personnel.

Position Overview:

Procurement & Supply Chain Manager optimizes logistic operations and resources by utilising warehouse management process system, ERP and space capacity to ensure timely receiving of incoming and delivery of outgoing.

To lead key strategic initiatives and projects with the goal to fine-tune order fulfilment and supply chain processes, improve internal procurement and accuracy and meet budget expectations.
