The office manager ensures smooth running of our Singapore studio and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

Be Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This includes maintaining office services, supervising office staff and maintaining office records, supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, human resource matters and preparation of timely reports and prepare proposals as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education: BA or above in Business Administration and Management
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in an international and preferably creative environment and/or related field
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook). IT savvy

We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong expertise in bridal sales.

The Sales Manager will play a key role in improving our product offerings and sales processes, providing experience to younger team members, and addressing customer inquiries with confidence and professionalism. While the current Sales Manager leads the team, this role will focus on refining sales strategies and assisting with client consultations. Daily Route:

Product & Display Check:

1. Upon arrival, ensure all gowns, suits, and accessories are properly displayed and organized. Check that the showroom is visually appealing and ready for client appointments.

2. Client Appointment Review:

Review the day's schedule, including upcoming client consultations and fittings. Prepare personalized recommendations and insights based on client preferences.

3. Team Briefing: ( may start after familiar with everything)

Hold a brief meeting with the sales team to discuss daily goals, ongoing projects, and any challenges from the previous day. Offer guidance on handling customer inquiries and product details.

Sales Consultation:

1. Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations on wedding gowns and suits.

2. Support clients throughout the selection, fitting, and alteration processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

3. Develop more opportunity for Up-Sales.

Product Knowledge & Process Improvement:

1. Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with the latest product innovations and trends.

2. Contribute to improving the sales process, particularly around client consultations, fittings, and alterations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Mentorship & Collaboration:

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
